If this is the case, does this path match the path of what you believe to be the simulator's Community folder, i.e., where all the rest of the "community items" reside ? If the answer is "No", this is your problem. Edited April 2Apr 2 by zachlog typo zachlog
April 2Apr 2 Author Just deleted the entire OC3 program and removed the folders from communtiy and the 2024 community. Are there any files anywhere else from OS3 that anyone is aware of outside of these community folders? Also is the MS Store suppose to show in OC3 if I purchased from PMDG themselves? There is no other option. April 2Apr 2 Are you sure you used the default location for the Community folder when you installed FS2024? I have a Community folder in the %localappdata%/packages/etc etc path but it's a dummy put there before I told the FS2024 installer where I wanted the Community folder. Check that. Confusing, but it's MS/Asobo. -J 13700KF | RTX 4090 @ 1440 | 64GB DDR5 | 2 x 1TB SSDs | 1TB M.2 NVMe

There is also PMDG and pmdg-oc3-updater folders at C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\ but not sure if they are relevant for a clean reinstall. April 2Apr 2 Author Even the new install doesn't work, only house colors. After four days I give up! I've now replaced PMDG's House Colors with the paint scheme I want. Funny I can't work 2024 menu's based on the support I got from PMDG, yet I'm smart enough to take the paint schemes from the each of the flight models and copy over the original paint in PMDG's main folder. Since I have what I want, I will remove all the liveries via OC3 and delete the liveries sub folder. Been doing this since the 1980s, this is the worse setup I've ever seen... in "ANY" base platform I've used over the decades!!! April 2Apr 2 @Mike_CFII_MEL What is the path of your community folder where you put your add ons? Like for example if you download a freeware scenery you get on flightsim.to? THIS is the path the OC needs to install the liveries into. And you can set that manually in the OC if it hasn't chosen the correct one on its own. In my case when FS2024 came out I made a new folder called MS24 Add Ons, because the default location is on the system drive and I don't want those files on my system drive. Then I went into the content manager within the sim where you can set the installation path for add ons and changed the default folder (the one with the weird letters) to the one I created on a different drive. This is my default add on folder for all things MS2024, where all the marketplace add ons and all the installer driven payware goes into. And this is the folder that the OC picked to install the liveries. Edited April 2Apr 2 by Farlis

Did you ever install a freeware package into that folder? Like a scenery that you just unzip? If you did so succesfully than that is the folder to point the OC to and it will work.
