IIRC If you have the Premium Deluxe or Aviator edition you get a discount.

The rumblings on Discord and the official forum are not great. If this is now down to Asobo to maintain it will only harm the developers reputation so let's hope that isn't the case. I'm going to wait for a few months.

Well I bought it (a no brainer at less than 18 USD with my PD discount)!

I like it a lot. Sounds, flight model seem solid. The model and textures are quite nice externally. Speculation on my part - they reduced the interior texture a little - the cockpit is great but the surrounds are a little lower res - they had to do the same on the Phenom to better support console users. I had a few minor issues with AP modes not showing on the FMA. I'm not certain if that's normal (because when you push an AP mode a small white rectangle illuminates - but some buttons don't do that). Like NAV button - NAV works just fine! But I cannot tell if I'm in NAV mode because no rectangle illuminates.

Did anyone notice they added a sweet new Garmin GI-275 as the (correct) standby AI? It's not 100% functional but it looks great!

It comes with a lot of nice liveries. Supports dynamic registration. I'd LOVE to make some paints though. I actually asked Jorg at the Expo about this. HOPEFULLY we can make it work.

I think it's a beautiful little turboprop!

Premium or Deluxe. If you bought that to start with you will forever get a discount on things like this.

I got it and paid 18usd also, I got the aviator version.

now, I don't see the EFB, is that right? or it didn't load properly?

So I didn't wait as I said I would and I would seriously advise anyone considering this one to rent it first. It was in my hangar for five minutes - I don't even want to try it for 24 hours, it's that poor. Bugs can be fixed (except this is an Asobo product now so .........) but texture resolution this low is there for a reason and it's not for the benefit of PC users so that will stay, I'm sure. It would have been a huge shock if this was as good as it could have been but still, I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. Rent it first guys!

probably a dumb question.... But how do I enable the EFB? I tried different configs and liveries, but there is no EFB visible or any clickspot I was able to discover...

I'm afraid that is how it's being adopted.

I was on the FSR Discord last night and a few commented on how there is no new 'M600' section of the Discord server, and someone (I don't know if part of FSR or not) said that any and all bugs and changes will need to be fed to MS via Zendesk, and they will need to (exact quote) "give Raul more $$ for any changes to the existing release".

So it's definitely positioned as a separate, 1st party release from MS. It's also notable that Raul hasn't joined any discussion on the M600 on there at this point. That's not a judgement, just an observation, before anyone gets upset! When the FSR 300E released Raul was all over it.

I think it will be problematic as there are some small issues and potential bugs or changes. I don't think we're going to see these addressed quickly by FSR and rolled into early updates. The M600 is firmly part of the "MS machine".

Agreed.

I think anyone who has the M500 will be shocked at how much lower the quality is of the M600. The jagged stripes on the default liveries are appallingly low resolution. Cockpit textures are fuzzy and LODs are too aggressive.

There is no FSR EFB, just some options accessed via the 2024 EFB. There is no passenger simulation and in general it is striking how more of a basic, default-style addon this is.

One thing - the sounds are absolutely stellar.
