July 3Jul 3 Yeah. not as great as the old flyTampa one, but it's better than nothing. Still a fun airport and approach. Since it was Gaya, i was really expecting that you could 'walk' around and interact with stuff like the new Aerosoft airports, but, for the price, it's fine...Just a bit lazy, I think. July 3Jul 3 The title could do with a change as it was GAYA who made it and not inibuilds. Vote to fix transparent sun visors having no effect on the sun glare effect in MSFS at: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/sun-shades-sun-visors-not-influencing-light-in-cockpit/691565/
July 3Jul 3 I like it, for the price it has plenty of character with extra clutter and a few off airport features modelled. I enjoyed the old FlyTampa in P3D but the main advantage there was that they did a good job modelling the island as well as the airport. With MS2024 the island is well represented as default. July 4Jul 4 Contrail have a comparison between the two versions. The new Gaya version looks slightly more detailed at the airport, and the local autogen buildings appear to have been updated. However, it is missing the Avis car rental (with lots of 3D parked cars) at the north end (and possibly other specific buildings on the airport perimeter), and the rendition of "downtown Corfu" (the city to the north of the airport) does not look as good in my opinion. July 4Jul 4 Author I just tried the FT Corfu version in MSFS2024.After having loaded into the scenery I can see a flew texture glitches around the plane. Looking purple or yellow. Does not matter if standing on the RW or on the tarmac. However the moment the plane moves just a little bit instantly the correct textures are being loaded and it all looks good as always. 5950x3d 5.4-5.7 GHz - Asus ROG 870 Crosshair Apex - GSkill Neo 2x 24 Gb 6000 mhz / cas 26 - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC - 1x SSD M2 6000 2TB - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 1Tb - Corsair 5400 case - Corsair 360 liquid cooling set - 3x 75’ TCL tv.13600 6 cores @ 5.1 GHz / 8 cores @ 4.0 GHz (hypterthreading on) - Asus ROG Strix Gaming D - GSkill Trident 4x Gb 3200 MHz cas 15 - Asus TUF RTX 4080 16 Gb - 1x SSD M2 2800/1800 2TB - 2x Sata 600 SSD 500 Mb - Corsair D4000 Airflow case - NXT Krajen Z63 AIO liquide cooling - FOV : 200 degreesMy flightsim vids : https://www.youtube.com/user/fswidesim/videos?shelf_id=0&sort=dd&view=0

July 4Jul 4 It's a good scenery, but it won't blow you away. Standards for sceneries have risen quite a bit since Gaya's last payware release, and I can't help but feel slightly underwhelmed, especially when it comes to the airport surroundings. That said, it's priced fairly.
