They released a .41 Rev A today. It still sucks, I can't tell if anything was fixed.

Isn’t X-Crafts involved somehow in the FSS development? I think I read that somewhere I just can’t recall. Anyway maybe INI can deliver a more solid E-Jet product, I have a soft point for this aircraft family. Because of the many WASM errors with the latest experimental version of FSS I just had to revert back to the early release “more stable” version.

They sold their external model to FSS, that's all.. So FSS couldn't even do that by themselves.

I can't even get nose steering to work in the latest update, I've tried toggling the tiller option, didn't help.

Hahaha that’s too bad. The reason why I found notable similarities in the 3d model between the FSS and X-Crafts.

Version **0.10.45** is now available as the new stable release, replacing the previous and technically outdated stable version.

The old MCDU was built for MSFS 2020 using JavaScript and no longer works properly following Sim Update 6. Version 0.10.45 introduces our much-improved, MSFS 2024-compatible WASM codebase, previously available through the Experimental branch. For who knows who sake! I installed the update that said that the experimental version of E170/E175 is the only one now, loaded the plane and a green window appeared in the windshield telling something like your plane is activated or so with a nice ok button, clicked it and that @#$! window turn to black and stays there! impossible to hide it. What's going on with you FSS guys?

LOL, I pretty gave up on this release of the E-Jets. I can't believe after over 3 years they still can't get a stable working version released.

Didn't have that on my end. I did have to uninstall the experimental first before I could install the stable.

Doing a short hop, KSFO-KSAN, and it flies a lot better than the last couple updates. Still needs some work, there's some vertical oscillations at cruise. But climb and descent work a lot better.

Maybe someone like Tuskin can help. I just did a flight at DFW in the E75L. Normally, to arm an ILS approach I would put the frequency into the RADIO in the FMC, switch V/L on the glareshield and then LOC 1. Verify correct ident and course. Hold whatever altitude on my chart at that distance watch the vertical needle to make sure its above and then approach at 30* off heading then when I get the needle to move 1 dot from the center arm APP. Maybe this is waht they mean by autoland is not functioning? I took that to just mean the actual Autoland portion not the ILS automation. Has anyone done a successful ILS approach with version 10.45? I keep seeing it flash BC for back course, then after that none of my autopilot controls function at all no matter what I do, it wat the same in 10.41. Maybe you can't rawdog an ILS in the Embraer? Maybe it has to have something in the FMS for an arrival runway and now that it's more realistic I can't do it the old way anymore?

UPDATE: Nevermind. Found a thread on Reddit. You delete the jet delete the wasm folder and then reinstall and make sure if you have the aerosoft one version you delete the old version in the aerosoft one library folder, then reload at airport GVAC Sal. Then put in the activation key. If you have navigraph download the newest navdata from Navigraph. Spawn in at an airport you know and re-try the ils and it should work in manual mode. Enter the ILS in to the RADIO screen on the FMC and set the course per the chart.

this wasm thing is getting out of hand

Sop buying alpha release aircraft and testing it for them. They will never fix it . They got the money. This trend makes more developers do it. I remember when AirSimmers did it. Their motto was "quality" and then they eventually even took that down while they begged for people to buy it so they could finish it. I have been hoping the E Jets would get better because I would love a stable regional jet .

I've done 5 flights so far. It still has some teething issues, like oscillations at cruise (which they're working on), but it is a lot better than it was before, and nothing that makes want to shelve it like the last two patches.

I just need to work on my landings.

I have lost the urge to even try it again, and just put it down to a bad judgement call by myself. Had it since day 1, and just cannot be bothered to use it anymore. There's far better aircraft that deserve the limited time i now have.
