Sunday at 04:18 PM4 days New Experimental update is out, anyone give it a try yet? Has the new "autopilot" everyone's been waiting for. I don't own this plane becasue I haven't heard much about it, is it getting better? Worth purchasing yet? Thanks Ron Hamilton "95% is half the truth, but most of it is lies, but if you read half of what is written, you'll be okay." __ Honey Boo Boo's Mom
Sunday at 05:51 PM4 days Not worth purchasing. Not getting better either overall IMO. One step forward, two steps back. The custom autopilot has just as many bugs as before or even more. You cannot edit any restrictions on the legs page or the managed speed mode will go corrupt.Oh and on top it seems to now WASM crash more than the A350 at the beginning. The funny thing is - the current version is the release candidate for version 1.0 - in other companies it would be called an alpha version at best. And this thing has been out for like 3 years... Edited Sunday at 05:52 PM4 days by Fiorentoni For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Sunday at 07:24 PM4 days As an owner I have to agree with Fiorentoni. It is a dumpster fire that is unflyable. And WORSE than it was when I bought it two years ago. It seems with every update they introduce new issues. I used to be able to at least (poorly) complete a flight. For about the past year I can’t even get in the air without rage-quitting. They are a textbook lesson in what to avoid from a developer. EddieKABQ
Sunday at 09:24 PM4 days its really bad. basic stuff like lvl change doesnt work correctly. The hype they did at fsexpo. About its almost ready. blabla. Oke if some more complex stuff has issues but after years of dev time. Releasing multiple different aircraft and not fixing this mess... this is getting ridiculous. I hope another company is going to make the ejets.
Sunday at 10:52 PM4 days Yeah, I have been a booster of this airplane and hopeful and optomistic for a long time, but I feel the airplane is getting worse not better. The fundamentals used to be strong but in the last release .41 the jet now sways from side to side any time it goes slower than 210 knots, while in LNAV it hunts and searches for the LNAV PATH after a turn like the CRJ v1 did constantly overshooting then adjusting rather than just staying in a straight line. It's pretty bad. The VS now works again instead of bobbing up and down but instead it constantly ramps up and ramps down the engines. FLCH results in climb VSs of 6,000+ fpm, so that's not realistic. VNAV only works if the data is good. For instance the VADDR1 into LGA has no altitudes listed except for one so the VNAV registers it as FL330 then 0 0 0 8000 0 0 0 3000A rather than plotting vertically from TOD to the IAF like the PMDG does. I'm getting WASM crashes anytime I edit the flight plan and it decides it doesn't like what im trying to do. It has happened now about 5 times since I downloaded it this morning. I only got one flight out of it becuase every time I would try to got KBUF TO KLGA it would get confused about the VADDR1. So I tried KPHX to KABQ and because that had the altitudes it did actually work. The ILS now hunts and does a bad job keeping the GS in check. Autoland doesn't work at all anymore.Yeah I'm starting to lose intrest and have lost faith that this jet will ever be any good. By now inibulids could probably have a better jet released in a few months. Edited Sunday at 10:55 PM4 days by aniiran
Monday at 12:40 AM3 days I hate to add to the pile on here but I can only agree with every word everyone else has posted.Quite simply the most disappointing addon aircraft I have ever purchased and I've been simming since the days of FS5 when AVSIM was an online magazine. It's in dreadful shape. This is an aircraft that originally released in January of 2023, so it started development back in 2022, so it's been over 4 years now.Every update brings hope that it might actually function like a payware addon aircraft that we've all come to expect and every time I get left with burning disappointment that it is still full of bugs and is basically in an alpha state. It genuinely doesn't seem to have progressed any closer to a finished product in the last year.Yes, they've added a bunch of new things to it, but most of them are broken and every update brings new bugs, new problems and generally leaves you wanting to uninstall the thing because of all the issues. 2 steps forward, 3 steps back if you will. The devs hide behind the fact its "Experimental" so there's no support, despite the fact that the last "stable" release was in January 2025, so 18 months ago!!So there's no support, no official way to report bugs and every 5-6 months they throw yet another bug riddled "Experimental" version at you then scream 'but its experimental" at you if you dare to question anything or seek support. This was a payware aircraft that has been 4 years in development and apparently only in the last month did they decide to code a custom autopilot for it. I mean, not sure about you guys but one of my most basic expectations of a payware airliner is it will have a custom coded autopilot not the default Asobo version.Apparently though for these guys they just had that epiphany last month.Everything they said at Expo was "inaccurate". There was supposed to be a new "Experimental"version within a week of Expo - It just released a few days ago and is in really poor shape. The V1 they said is just around the corner, well........This thing is nowhere near release ready. Frankly I'd have more faith that if Inibuilds decided to start the Ejets family tomorrow from scratch they would have a full, release ready version before FSS do. At this point I don't honestly believe FSS have the competence to deliver this product at the level they promised ever.I have already written off my purchase. I am just incredibly sad and frustrated that because of FSS we will likely not see another version of this fantastic family of jets from another dev and we will be left with this drivel hoping for a version that is probably never going to come. Monday at 12:59 AM3 days Ouch!, I purchased the FSS E-Jet 190-195 about two months ago when it was on sale for $27USD from Aerosoft. I haven't even flown/tried it yet...I'm afraid to now🤪...Just kidding!..... Oh well, I've been burned before with this hobby so $27 bucks is not going to ruin the good things that this flight sim hobby brings. Life's too short for this 64 year old to worry about the little things that don't pan out for an FS addon.Looking forward to the Inibuilds A220. Seem like it is similar to the E-Jets as a regional Jet we've been craving for MSFS2024. Can't wait for reviews from here. Edited Monday at 01:00 AM3 days by F1Fan
Monday at 01:14 AM3 days I purchased all the planes seeing the potential. Have not flown it in quite awhile (for all the reasons stated) and sounds like I won't be any time soon. The developer should weigh in here as it starting to look like snake oil.
Monday at 02:15 AM3 days This latest experimental version ruined my windshield of just E170 (the rest of the fleet is fine) by showing red squares at the edge of the windshield in 2020, not tested yet in 2024. Alexander Colka
Monday at 04:46 AM3 days Wow, sounds really tragic! Never been a fan of the way FSS work or their products - with one exception - their P2012 in 2020 was really quite good and immersive. But it disappeared off the radar when 2024 came out and they didn't even do the work to make it compatible. It's the only 2020 product in my 2024 library marked "PERMANENTLY INCOMPATIBLE" in red! .....And even the P2012 was a car crash on launch as there was a killer bug that prevented the avionics from working (at all). The Super 27 mod was the last FSS product I bought, and will be the last product I buy from them, as it's an absolute mess (the Marketplace rating of about 2.4 is accurate for this one!). Monday at 12:56 PM3 days I thought the first "stable" early access version was quite fun to fly. The cockpit looked good and it was a perfect plane for regional hops (as long as you could live without not being able to do any complex approaches). The recent experimental versions on the other hand, has been absolutely terrible - the number of bugs has increased and I've only been able to complete maybe 1 out of 10 flights. The VNAV is insanely bad in its current state. I have, like most people it seems, completely lost hope for this product They constantly continue to jump onto new products and developments instead of finalizing what they already have in the pipeline. It's a shame really, the E-jets could have been so good.

I have to also agree here. I was a early adapter of the FSS EMB, when they promised full functionality. Apparently that's not going to happen any time soon. Do I feel that the EMB's a waste of money yes, but I've been burned and lied to before in this hobby. Very disappointed in the FSS EJets. Monday at 01:53 PM3 days Given all the troubles/issues that FSS has had with this product, I saw someone mention that INI would have long had a working product during this same time period which I have NO disagreement with. With that said, I wonder what "would" be the logistics to team up with INI or even (in my dream scenario) X-crafts to produce the family on MSFS
