That’s very silly. This dev makes good products.

  • Sorry, I don't know what you're talking about. You are implying it's not a good product? As I said, it has some things for the developer to improve on, but it's already much better than the Asobo RJTT

@Nandengo12 thanks mate for the info! Looks good, I'll get it on release I believe. I was rather fan of the TechnoBrain style in the FSX/P3D days but it was very expensive, 45€+ on average. I can see

Did they give a time when it will possibly release?

No announcement that I'm aware of.... just 乞うご期待 at this point (stay tuned)

  • 2 weeks later...

It’s released now and available on the marketplace.

Does anyone know if this will be permanently exclusive to the Marketplace?

Cheers, Pete

The developer indicated release on Marketplace and Simmarket only.

I noticed Technobrain used collision meshes on parts of the terminal buildings.

Enabling developer camera bypasses the collision meshes-I'm using Chaseplane or the default Showcase Camera.

Though thankfully Technobrain avoided using collision meshes on these terminal interior sections with modelled people:

Have submitted feedback about this and the lack of custom GSE and ground texture quality to Technobrain.

I can kind of see both sides. Not having native GSE at a major airport is a let down, but TB may not have been confident performance could be maintained by adding it. The default Tokyo bay area is already hundreds of thousands of objects, and with photogrammetry on, even moreso.

Also most of the Japanese developers know each other, and Karuchie already provides excellent Japan-native GSE in his freeware library. I'm sure someone in the Japanese community will make a GSE mod for RJTT pronto...
