IvAP is the IVAO client https://www.ivao.aero/ for flying with online ATC.

Had a try with P3D and the Reshade+SweetFX2.0 package. While this installed and loaded fine (with stunning effects indeed), I had an immediate P3D CTD crash as soon as I started IvAP client :/ Is anyone running successfully Reshade with IvAP on P3D ?

Worked since day one for me, If i was in your situationI would contact my ISP, and try to use a proxy to access the site. The app was working flawlessly. Until my cat destroyed that tablet.

I have had tons of these in the past at random occasions, if I recall correct, one the three tweaks below solved the problem : 1- Power management settings in Nvidia Panel was reset to adaptative. Had to set it back to "maximum performance" http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3130/~/setting-power-management-mode-from-adaptive-to-maximum-performance 2- BIOS : Disabled HPET. These SLI drivers makes me wonder "why not purchasing an additional, second hand card ?". I am running a humble GTX760 (Asus Direct OC thing), with medium quality slider settings. Im getting 28-30FPS rock steady, but I am only running two cloud layers in ASN (with cloud density at the minimum). Do you think a second GTX760 would help in running more cloud layers and increase cloud coverage without getting a drop in FPS ? Or should I go for a better card (like a 980), without SLI ?

One thing is that all FSX/P3D ILS are CATIII and permits autoland. If real ILS CAT was used on terrains, with DH up to 800', less people would use autoland indeed. Autoland kills the fun indeed. There's nothing like a good visual pattern flown manually with a jumbo

Vaughan, I managed to get Taxiways to display using ADE and resettings taxiways show properties to 'True'. However I still struggle to get some missing airport buildings to display correctly (Using Ray Smith AFCAD). Using ADE I found Ray's buildings to reference to an Autogen building object which is probably made for FSX but unavail to P3D. Can you let me know which "another file" you installed to make them display ?

Up ! Just tried it out on FSX/DX10 and it's great ! Really awesome looking ! The only problem I have is, under PMDG VC, the sun flare is blinking :/ Doesn't happen in outside view, only within VC. Have no idea why, if someone had the same issue maybe found a solution ? cheers and great work OP.

Hi, Is anyone using successfully the Playclaw capture software ? On my side it fails to engage when using DX10, I was wondering what could be preventing it to work. Is there any option to tweak ? Bloom, or whatever post processing shader option to disable ? Anyone capturing successfully ? (PS : Playclaw support itself is of no use)

On a DX10/gtx760 here, I had a "black screen" bug after upgrading from 344.65 to 347.09, after a 5 hours flight. Not an OOM though, but it's the first FSX problem I have in months, flying mainly long hauls (>10hours) flights. Very recent issue, occured on 25/12. Now reverting to 344.65, clearing shaders cache and trying again.

Chris, Is this compatible with ORBX range of products, and with REX TD, which already provides replacement textures and lights ? Also, is this compatible with DX10 (and the fixer) ? Thanks

Je n'utilise pas de Booster ou autre soft pour tweaker le fsx.cfg. Juste un overclock à 4.67Ghz, une gtx760. Je suis passé en DX10, désactivé le bloom, et mis le water effect en High1.0. Au niveau des FPS, je suis à entre 30 et 60 FPS sur un liner "hardcore" et sur une scene type aerosoft. Sur un avion plus "simpliste", c'est une autre histoire : Le but de ce post n'est absolument pas de me faire mousser, mais juste pour dire que ces softs type "optimisers" ne servent absolument a RIEN a par jeter votre argent par les fenêtres. Seul le dx10 optimiser de SteveFX vallait le coup à l'époque ou il était commercialisé :s. A bon entendeur.

Do you have only one screen ? Just delete both, then fire up fsx, it will reconstruct a clean, single entry. Then, within fsx, restore manually your antialias, resolution mode, and filtering settings.

I had the same issue on my setup, using ASE. Lowered clouds resolution to 256x256 and water to 1024x1024 in my case. And also went from ASE to OpusFSX. I kept using 4XCSAA antialias. That fixed totally the issue for me. Sure clouds are not Pixar or Disney anymore, but I am perfectly smooth in OVC conditions. Core I7 and GTX 760 here. Also make sure the nvidia entry in fsx.cfg is not deduplicate. That's a FPS killer but you notice it right on the ground usually.
