  1. No use Seamonkey, a very nice browser and email client, like Firefox before they ruined the UI
  2. Folks have no patience these days Radar contact comes from a time when waiting for the registration code to come through was nothing compared to how long it took for the CD to be delivered in the mail (yes really, there was no download option in those days) Still the best flightsim related purchase I have ever made, alongside Fsuipc and WideFS
  3. Here you go, this is for buttons or keys , if you assign an axis as flaps or spoilers the correct number of detents is automatically set by fsuipc
  4. Do you really think that there are Phenom 300's out there with the G1000 ripped out and replaced by a GTN 750 ?
  5. Fix the water issues and the broken cloud rendering, sharpen up the VC shadows (still not as sharp as DX10) The VAS issues are something I have never run into, FPS are fine and the poor anti aliasing is down to how DX11 does it's rendering, nothing LM can do about that unfortunatly.
  6. But then we are not really simulating a Phenom and its G1000 system, what's the point in that ?
  7. Is there a Carenado business jet that does work correctly, If I felt the need to buy one which one would be the one to go for ?
  8. The microswitches at the end of these Axis are sending the G and Z keypresses, you will need to track these down in the P3D controls if you insist on using P3D control assignments. You will forever have a world of pain if you continue to use a mix of P3D controls and Fsuipc controls. Choose one method and stick to it, my advice is to do everything within Fsuipc as this gives you much more flexibility and access to many more internal P3d controls. The P3D controls section is absolutely of no help if you fly a range of addons, unless you particularly enjoy reconfiguring hardware between different aircraft types.
  9. Just use Fsuipc for all of your axis and button assignments, this will save you a lot of trouble and allow you to fully utilize one of Fsuipc's best features, The individual profiles for each aircraft that load automatically with each aircraft Turn off the controllers in the sim, Fsuipc can handle these things much better.
  10. No louisdecoolste, it all stopped just around the time you decided to get on the case. You alone will be the reason this developer eventually leaves these forums and will ruin the interaction with the Dev team that the those of us that are happy with the products currently enjoy. Please just give it a rest.
  11. SCE is telling you that some of your scenery paths are not correct, in other words the sceneries will not show correctly in FSX SCE lets you edit the paths so that they are correct, that is basically why the program exists. to add scenery correctly If you are not going to use it to edit your scenery.cfg even when it has identified some problems for you why even bother having it installed.
  12. They are not trying to sell it at this point in time, rather they are attempting to give it away for free and not exactly succeeding that well so far. Bringing DX12 to W7 would have extended the reach of DX12 by a huge amount. Strange company MS, 10 is pretty much the last throw of the dice on the desktop and mobile for a company that is rooted in the last century and has missed the boat by a large margin on every tech advance since the late 90's.

    CLS MD 81/82

The CLS MD80's systems operate nothing like an MD80, the Autopilot modes are far from realistic and the FMC is very basic, I would would doubt that you could fly this addon by the numbers. File along side Carenado and buy the Maddog, it won't look as nice but it is a work of art systems wise.
  14. No seasons No good ATC addons No good Ai addons unrealistic airports Poor weather representation very bad interface Plausible world Very few addons that can compete with the best that FSX/P3D can offer. Other than that lot it's Ok
  15. This is the WD contact cleaner that I used on my throttle, still working well. http://www.amazon.co.uk/WD-40-Specialist-Drying-Contact-Cleaner-x/dp/B006UCJ5WQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1439800017&sr=8-1&keywords=wd+40+contact
  16. That's not a well configured FSX/P3D, that's pushing the software till it breaks. It's perfectly possible to have a good looking smooth running FSX/P3D with lower settings that do not trigger OOM's, it's about balance in your settings and care in the choice of addons and how those addons textures are treated.
  17. Same here, still struggling to understand how you trigger an OOM in a well configured FSX/P3D
  18. Flysimware MU-2, I have more hours on this one than any other aircraft in my hanger.
  19. I would always buy a K series chip and a motherboard built to support OC. Define HD visuals ? The card is fine but probably not if your TV is 4K
  20. A lot of words that don't hide the fact that your original statement was wrong. Both companies make products targeted at specific markets, Nvidia GTX cards are targeted at gamers hence Nvidia's GTX drivers being released with optimised code for new releases.
  21. As far as I know that CPU is locked so no overclocking, performance will thus be limited.
  22. Of course they do make products for different applications Intel make the Zeon chips for business use and the overclockable K series chips that gamers Nvidia make the quadro cards for professional Cad/3D work and the GTX range for gaming.
