  3. Thanks. Looking at things, did you by chance mean 25R, and not 7R? 7R is the really tiny runway, and the LIVERMORE1 is only for the 25's. Also, do you remember what CDU pages you had displayed?
  4. Don't be sorry about this at all, Matt. The more information you can provide, the better. That post is exactly the kind of thing PMDG needs to try and reproduce this stuff.EDIT: One more thing, did you use a saved panel state?
  5. Here's what I was I getting at 15K on my currently flight.
  6. What was your weather, specifically the outside temp? Because that's the most likely problem in my book. I just did your example (30% fuel, 50% pax) and it took me 6.5 minutes to climb from FL300 to FL390. No adjustment needed.
  7. Are you talking about the X's in the top right corner? Or am is there something else I'm not seeing.
  8. Pinned to the top of this forum. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/343817-test-hot-fix-for-those-with-freezes/
  9. Here you go. I'm guessing this hasn't changed since June. http://forum.avsim.n...30#entry1993630
  10. The hidden clickspot is for TO/GA, not N1.
  11. Other than the possibility of the second FD not being on (You have to use the extended MCP for this), I don't see anything that should stop you from using TO/GA. Sorry to keep beating the FD thing into the ground, but 99% of the time I've seen this, it's because people don't have the first officer side FD on. I'm out of ideas, unfortunately, but hopefully someone else has a clue.
  12. You can do this in the NGX as well, just click in the scratchpad area.
  13. Here's what Ryan said earlier today.
  14. Possible you accidentally clicked/dragged and made it bigger with your mouse?
  15. From messing around with it a bit, it seem as thought whatever you have selected on the stby line, is what gets selected as the active mode the next time you press the "mode" button. So if you're in PRI mode, and you have IMC showing the stby line, the next time you press the mode button you'll go from PRI to IMC. Just try it and you'll see what I mean. So it's basically like a pre-select button, so if you know you'lI want to be in a specific mode at some point, you can select that on the stby line and then all you need to do is press the mode button once to activate.I could be way wrong, but that's what it seems like to me.
  16. Jan, mind taking a picture of your panel when you're trying to engage the AT? Maybe we can figure something out.

  18. Just tried this and am unable to reproduce (I have the hotfix installed). Stock scenery however, but I don't know why/how that would change things. Did you use a saved panel state? I'm also wondering why you got a "runway unavailable for SID message." If I pick a runway other than runway 30 prior to picking the SID, I'm unable to select the PURLA1FS SID. If I pick the PURLA1FS first, and then a runway, the only runway the FMC displays is runway 30.
  19. What windows version do you have installed? EDIT: And just in case you haven't tried it yet, try download Direct-X from Microsoft and running it that way. http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35
