unregister 777
I return license when I am re-loading P3D or operating system or I believe something is afoul...I build my own so I am always messing around with it. This time when I depart in 737 after a few minuets computer freezes so I am going to format and start over....I have provably unregistered 5 or 6 times for different reasons.... have been doing this for over 10 years now, I am retired so have time. Instead of trying to sort out the problem Ill just start over as Flight sim is the only use for this computer. thank you percylee

777 & 737 performance in P3D?
I tried using ORBX GLOBAL, and VECTOR but had to go back to Mega scenery earth 2 as I was having OOMs and low frame rates. I also have NA north CA and soon had to drob using it... So far in P3d no OOMS and good frame rates using 777 and NGX with mega earth, I only load the area I am flying in. percy lee

Windows 10 compatibility
After W10 is released I plan to upgrade my FS computer and at that time will switch to W10, system builders version is a legal copy but may not be able to upgrade. Hopefully they come out with a system builders version as they are cheaper than regular versions. percy lee.

Windows 10 compatibility
On one of my computers I have been using rtm w10 and I have computers using vista, w7 and w8.1 and I find W10 A far better system. All my computers are using system builders version of Windows so I hope I will be able to upgrade them as soon as W10 is released for download. Untill I know P3d will be compatable and all software I am using for FS compatable with W10 I will hold off on my FS computer. Percy lee

Flight 1 registry fix - is there a P3D equivalent ?
I have used this several times to correct the heading of PMDG MD11 on the RW and in flight....The register repair from F1 is the only way to fix that problem....unsure how it works but does fix it, no other file like magdec or any other correction helps...I have install the MD11 in P3D but can not use it as plane heading sits and fly's about 15 deg to the right. I know it make no sense but is the only fix. percy lee

P3D
I thought I remembered in a post that their might be a reduction in price for the P3D version, based on that I bought the FSX version and FTCM to learn about the 777....I also bought P3D as will be switching full time to P3D. I do hope it is the case epically for the recently owned FSX version. percy lee

multiple monitor issues and questions
ON my system I can only use four different displays, (THTG0 as one display for outside view using 2D view).....when I add a fith one and move a window to it then I received a crash...I have a splitter for the co-pilots and pilots display this way I run five different displays with out crashing using only four outputs from the computer video boards...I am able to run four video card outputs with out crashing...I dont know if this was your problem or not.... percy lee

2D Cockpit.?
Sure would be nice to be able to express some opions about 2D with our all the silly comments.....but then it is always good for a laugh espicaly when some do not have a clue what they are talking about.... percy Lee

2D Cockpit.?
Undocking 2D panels is fine but your sim has to be in VC and no way to undock forward view and move to a separate monitor and that kills it for many home cockpits...How much effort would it have been to do a simple 2D cockpit so the panels could have been undock in 2d mode along with forward view. percylee

Cockpit builder..... may bye a Day?
Look at shaun cockpit he has undocked his forward outside view and moved to a sperated set of monitors, you can not do that with VC without draging the cockpit along, with MPC and other equipment you do not need the cockpit showing, just clutters up the view. percylee.

Cockpit builder..... may bye a Day?
Fabo, I am pretty sure that you can not separate the forward outside view from the VC cockpit like a regular 2D panel and that is the problem as you would show the outside forward view with a VC cockpit that is 14 feet wide or as wide as the screen. The outside view is undock and moved to a different monitor or in my case a projector, with VC you also would be moveing cockpit to the out side screen........Using the 2d popups undocking them and moving to a separate monitor would be no problem..With 2D cockpit you only move the outside view and not the cockpit...I know of no VC cockpit that the outside view can be separated from the VC...I do not use any part of a cockpit except the popups and front view, have made my own MPC throttle and overhead....thanks for the suggestion any way. percylee.
