  1. I am disappointed! I mean, have a look at how the rear side windows of the cockpit are modeled. I had the possibility of looking at one of the windows like 2 weeks ago when air plane spotting at our local international airport here. When looking at the screenshot above and comparing it with what I saw there and then, I believe that the lower back corner of the window is off by several degrees! I wonder how they can overlook these kind of detail: Just go airplane spotting for a couple of hours and you will see clearly what I am talking about!!! I just hope those guys from PMDG will rectify before the initial release. Norbert Plate
  2. Since MAAM stopped developing the DC-3 I seriously think it would make perfect sense for PMDG to jump in. They got the DC-6 ready (almost), a DC-3 would look good next to the DC-6. A DC-3 from PMDG.....I would pay double the money they will ask for it!!!! And yes, I do believe there is a reasonable market for the DC-3 to make it worth while for PMDG..... / Norbert Plate
  3. Kevin, you might have missed the point I was trying to make. You are asking for the "why" in your reply to my post and I was actually trying to provide you with a simple answer before you replied to my post. Anyway, it is not my intention to stir around or to argue. As mentioned in my post, I totally agree that PMDG is developing according to their own standards and time frame. So wasn't demanding anything, just trying to explain why I would like see more updates, if possible... So don't get me wrong Kevin! Peace Norbert Plate
  4. Isn't it more a thing of being curious? Curious of how the development is going on? Curious of what to expect? Maybe when? etc. Isn't it more a thing of being part of a community? While everybody is talking about "the flight simming community" it might be just, because we bought one or more products from PMDG, that we feel we are somehow part of this community. Me, as someone who hardly posts here, would like to see updates on a regular basis as well, just because I am curious and I would like to know what is going on with "my" T7, with "my" 737, with "my" 747 v2, etc. but I understand and respect that PMDG is developing according to their own standards (and rightly so!) and that PMDG is defining the schedule. Someone also should not forget, that RSR himself stated that he spend a few days in hospital. Maybe this is delaying the delevopment as well. In case it is: From my side: All the best and I hope you, RSR, will get better soon. Norbert Plate
  5. the proportions do look right, remember that the pics got a different point of view,,,, What is more disturbing: The registration numbers on the two pictures are not the same.... Norbert Plate
  6. Richard, if not supplied by PMDG, I am sure that some clever guys from the community will publish them here on Avsim right after the release.... Best Regards Norbert Plate
  7. The major difference between the two: B737: Released B777: Not Released (yet)
  8. I very much doubt you are able to hear the airstairs moving when sitting in the cockpit!/Norbert Plate

  11. usually you arm the spoilers with ctrl+/There should be a green light in the cockpit coming on, confirming the spoilers are armed. Hope this helps/Norbert Plate
  12. Hehe, good one Robert! And it seems to continue today..... /Norbert Plate
  13. I think they will! The day yesterday with all the updates on Facebook and some of the posts here was way too funny! On the other side: I would like to know how much in productivity around the world got lost yesterday, gets lost today and will get lost over the next few days because us waiting, downloading, installing, checking out and flying! I was 1hr30min late into the office morning since I had to download, install and had a look at her! Anyway, well worth it! /Norbert Plate...so excited...
  14. No update on FB for more then 15min...........hmmmmm.......they either pissing themselves laughing....or something serious is going here /Norbert Plate
