  1. Hi,Do you use FSX ATC or something different? With FSX one it will never work with DWC. Others - yes, you will get correct RWY to land on, based on local ATIS and this one will not be taken form DWC global mode.
  2. Hi,You need to update to latest FSUIPC version. I am frequent user of DWC and RC and since looooong time now there are no issues with winds at destination while using DWC and RC.Also, can you show me your ASE options settings? Tell me, what is your dynamic rate of change, please.

  4. Hi,I was thinking of changing ATC, to PFE. How is this one behaving in combination with DWC? I know that RC4 had problems, which got solved (I use RC4 now). How PFE reacts to DWC's same weather? How ATIS is behaving and how AI are assigned for landing?If anyone has any knowledge, please let me know.

  8. Yes, I though about general one, when I press post on this one.I was watching this live on TV, as all was communicated long time before it actually happened - some 1.5hrs before. Pilot is ex champion in Gliders - which explains smooth landing.

  10. Ok, can you please set dynamic rate of change to 0 and also disable turbulence from main FSX menu? Also, is your fsx.cfg configured the way is should be for PMDG? I know we are talking about the weather, but with PMDG is should be set up correctly.As for strange behavior. Dynamic rate of change could cause it. Please also set thermals to default.Once you clear out of FSUIPC, did you click weather settings off? You should do it after you stop using it. Only do it once after change of use.Check it out and report if you have any change.
  11. Hi,Can you spell out some settings you have with ASE? (dynamic rate of change, additional wx, DWC, force destination wx, etc...). Without it will be like guessing from crystal ball.

  13. Your FSX is running great because of 4.2 OC. I did the same and it runs great now. I wish I could do 5.0 and that would be a dream.
  14. But we do know that Prepar3D will be developed and improved. Taking into consideration that most of add-on are supposed to work flawlessly there, then... why not get RC5?
  15. Listen Troll, it will help you. I do not know why, as usually I do not feed people like you, I did go into FSX to check this. OPT was 5955 - happy? FL levels are calculated by professional flight dispatchers, they plan everything in accordance with weather, TGW, density, permissions - oh yes, some countries allow specific FL only etc. There is lot of factors that are taken in consideration when it comes to plan FL for fleet or specific flight. I am afraid that it may be too much for you to take on - maybe first go thry what PMDG gave you and check out that PACKS and what they do. FMC is the last thing to look at when flight is planned. It as HELPING tool, not Oracle for sure! Now go to sleep or play something like X-BOX ok?

  17. Why do everyone answers to this typical forum Troll? Do not feed him, unless you want more and more spamming posts in this forum, where actually someone might need real help. He has no clue about PACKS yet he is querying FL and CI. My advice, learn basics, and fly something like Cessna or King Air - if you prefer faster planes. Then move on to something more complex. As for the FMC in NGX. Where did you get yours? Because mine shows correct FL even for short hops. Example: EDDT - EDDG - plane 40% full and opt FL 259 - If I remember well. BTW - does this forum have any kind of moderation? Even simplest one might help sometimes...
  18. This story never ends. We do not know. JD did not post any updates recently, however I came across some info that X-Plane 10 is ready to go, and since JD did ATC for them - that is the info I have - he may have spare time now to look at FSX BTW - where can I check my version?
  19. I do not cut on any DLLs and still no CTD. I had CDT only when using EMB effects. BTW - if you have such a good graphic card, why dont you try AA setting of AA na AA_MODE_METHOD_SUPERVCAA_64X_4v12. You wont have any FPS drop, and picture will be much smoother - more to do by GPU - not CPU. I do and I am happy with it. In my opinion 99% of CTDs are due to freaky setup of peoples PCs

  22. Hi all, Thanks for input but the issue was purely me... Actually just before my holidays I was playing around in creation of new databases for traffic. So I created one of the "test" ones - that was for area of ELLX. Then I went for holidays - 3 weeks away and completely forgot about it. After holidays got my NGX and started flying in Europe again. Since ELLX and close by EDFH is my home base, I got unpleasant surprise. UT2 support helped a lot - well actually they asked me if I can print out any schedules for any of airports - I could not for ELLX. Then I went to UT2 interface and saw this "test" schedule. Removed it and things got back to normal.
