  1. And what is your physical thottles posistion (If applicable)

    Fuel Dump Simulated?

And then you can top it off with repeated topics about the same thing. I can see that people need help with procedures, as documentation might not always do it. The community is also about asking questions about flight simming Im a big fan of Kyle's I want YOU to read the manual Signature =) - Though I can't remember if he still has it on.. I guess he has the Beta sig on atm
  3. Was meant in the most gentle humorous way. If you want I can change it and state it in another way
  4. fixed No new physics not much of a leap in simming tbh.. A step in the right direction of something that potentially could catch my attention if it got an overhaul on physics also - Seeking cover
  5. The tower view is known to cause such problems.. However I have only read examples of recoverable freezes of the instruments From the PMDG intro manual pp. 0.00.30 "When flying over the ocean, there is a bug in FSX that can cause the displays to freeze in place. It happens as a result of passing through the “Tower” view preset when outside of the range of any suitable actual tower. Flip back between the “Cockpit” and “Virtual Cockpit” views and it should clear. To avoid this, don’t use the A and S keys to cycle through views, use the right click menu to select them directly."
  6. That sounds weird.. Out of the ordinary? Well, the 777 shouldn't care whether its flown by the book or random. I've personally not experienced any problems with using replays and doing small turns Perhaps you can save the flight (I conclude by your post that its possible for you to replicate the crash) and share it with e.g dropbox? Ken The 777 is just as reliable as the 737 on my system - and im sure on many other systems too. My system is quite like yours. I too have a i5 2500k - 4.5 though and a 560Ti. Would you care to post your cfg file?
  7. Commenting on performance as only bug i see is the view change lock up of the virtual cockpit which is fixed by changing views. (I use the long cockpit state - so I do not see the master caution thing) The 777 has equal or better performance on my system Yes - total vas is higer (Longer flights anyone?) Have yet to experience an oom on this system Addon list is long(basically any EU aerosoft, flytampa and dd design) but break it down to OpusFSX with Rex textures 2048 Aes I run everything locally System: I5 2500k@4.5 Gigabyte z68 2 SSD ( Crucial m4 128 gb for fsx -256 gb for win 7x64) 8 gb of ram Gtx 560Ti stock

    main gear wheels

Not sure if it works with fs recorder though.. (I do not have it) yes the animation is really nice
  9. Sam

    main gear wheels

The animation doesnt Work in replay... Atleast not in fsx replay dunno. with fsrecorder
  10. No. Mine is tweaked set up, and runs just perfectly I always fly.. Of course it took time to tweak it when I got the upgrade But my flying hours are way over tweaks
  11. What is your main board manufactor?
  12. Nice What cloud set are your using? :-)
  13. Your performance is so poor that tweaks isn't the problem. I suspect you have throttling enabled. Maybe your bios reset recently? Don't use bojotes auto tweaker. It's out dated for your hardware. Use highmemfix, AM, Wideviewaspect and a few others I can't remember Use eksternal limiter
  14. Messed with the auto cruise on climb.. and accidently got 32x.. Not pretty
  15. Yes.. and it doesn't - Just like the NGX See Kyles video (nice) the rudder moves when he turns.. Its a design choice PMDG have made..
  16. - What Jim said More on event viewer
  17. And less then the real thing
  18. What are you planning to buy? There is plenty of guides out there on how to do it. Some motherboards of today come with an easy interface, where you select an clock speed and it does it for you. From windows. While it can be impossible to achieve stable high ocs from those programs, and the ram speeds can be sketchy, causing the system to be unstable my recmendation for the novice user would be to read some guides. I know there is some great gigabyte sandy bridge guides out there, and they probably still can be used to some intent. However I'm also sure that there is plenty of new chipset guides. Just throw yourself at it, after reading guides and leave the voltage options alone. I know sb can hit 4,2-4,8 stock voltage and air cooling. (2500k) Special case: well, get one with a nice airflow ( I love my fractal design case ) Extra power: No, not per se, unless you plan to run sli or xfire config (which would make it an yes anyway) an good 750w psu or maybe even lower ( again choice of gfx, drives etc etc) will do And to topic title: Yes! Edit: Basic oc guide:http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/showthread.php?t=79266 You can find guides that tell you what to do, but you haven't asked About a specific board
