No. Only one SP1C is out there. No need to install it again.

FSX's weather engine is not realistic to say the least and has issues with products such as the 747 and that has to do with s-turning. If you have registered FSUIPC, that has an option to smooth the winds to prevent the s-turning. I would also suggest a weather add-on such as Active Sky Evolurion or Active Sky 2012 to make flying in weather more realistic. For the hell of it, I would make sure that your controllers are calibrated correctly even though that may help.

The tail seems way too big for the kangaroo. Quoting Michael Kelso (not sure you guys get American tv down there): burn!

Peter, AVSim is updating the library tonight. It will be up by 12:00 noon EST tomorrow (June 1st).
-
His name is Oliver Cooksey. Show me where it says in either the AVSIM forum rules or PMDG forum rules that prohibits names being used for usernames.

Can we stop with the uneeded moderating here please? His name is there according to the rules. They do not say that a neame needs to be in the post. He is following the rules.

Continental did not allow fixed derates for takeoff. Just assumed temperatures for almost every takeoff. I think they were allowed to have a derated climb rating though.

Cameron, that really doesn't mean anything. They could be getting a head start and release could still be months-year away. Ryan said today that they are still planning for a late-2012 release.
-
PMDG has said that they will try to develop an EFB for the 777. They also said not to compare (which I take as do not talk about) other products that are made by other companies... Really, Luke?
-
That is not indicated airspeed. That is either the TAS or the ground speed. You can input speeds on the LEGS, CLB, CRZ, or DES pages.

I don't think Qantas needs the 777 in their fleet. They have orders for the 789 which is very comparable to the 777 in terms of range and fuel economy with just a smaller payload. That and the A388 (even though I don't like the looks of her in the least) is also comparable to the 777.
-
I have my own theories however I will not say a word about them...
-
You'd have a better chance of being hired at a major airline than testing the T7.
-
I think a regional jet should be produced before the 787. The market (at least what I see) is somewhat bare in that regard. The 787 is a long-haul bird and with the 744 V2, the 777, and in some cases the NGX it's a bit saturated.

Tom Risager wrote one. Just search the AVSim Library for "737ngx tutorial". Here it is: http://library.avsim...=root&Go=Search.

Checklists: non-normal menu as well?
PHXMD-11 replied to Don t moderate me this way's topic in PMDG 777
If it's in the real 777 and does not pose a threat to the security of the flight deck or flight crew, I'm sure PMDG will simulate it. In short, I'm sure they will. -
There's only two more questions that are on my mind. Can we see into the cabin from an external view and will passengers be modeled?
-
When the team has something to show in a video. I'm sure they will create one. When/if this is done no one knows. Could be tomorrow, could be six months.

I think it's more waiting a few minutes for the electrical system and the displays, not the IRS, to initialize.
-
I personally don't want to sit there for more than 2 minutes staring at a screen waiting for the thing to initialize.

Go to support.precisionmanuals.com and register to send a support ticket to PMDG. The username/password is different than your commerce account with them.
-
I haven't heard anything like that. Each airline has their own checklists even if they are different than the standard Boeing ones.
-
I don't think the 737/747 are designed to work with P3D.
-
If it's unbuilt they aren't going to develop it.
