yup, correct! somehow during my reinstall, FSX skipped the installation of my "fonts" folder. I got some support in the main FSX forum. Thanks a lot for your response, had I not gotten the information earlier, you would have saved me Thanks again!

Ah, that could explain why my menu fonts are blurry as well. Thanks, guess I should do another reinstall or perhaps try a repair, or look up the default fonts, and try to install them myself, and see if that helps any. Thanks for the help!

I only have 9, most seem to relate to LCD displays (most likely for my IRIS F-15). You may be on to something here! Is there a way I might be able to find out which font the display would use?

Hi guys, I recently did a complete reinstall of FSX and since the new installation, the text on my GNS 530 will not work. I have tested it in a few of my aircraft, the Carenado 337 and the Centurion T210M, and this is what it looks like. I have looked at the guage and panel files themselves, and the actually text is not a texture or anything, and all the aircraft I have tested use different files, which leads me to believe the issue is not with my aircraft but FSX itself. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Thank you for all your help. And yes, I did purchase the aircraft, they worked great prior to my reinstall, and I am at my wits end here! I have reinstalled the aircraft multiple times, always deleting every little file that they include, to no avail. Please help, thank you!

Hi guys, I will try and keep this short and sweet. After recently doing a complete reinstall of FSX, upon reinstalling my aircraft, I noticed the Carenado GNS 530 will no longer display text. At first I thought it was just my CT210M, but I jumped in the 337 and had the same issue. What confuses me, is that they seem to point to totally different files? Has anyone experienced this issue before? Here is a screenshot. Yes, I am a paid customer. These aircraft worked perfectly fine before my reinstall. Thank you for any and all help. I am at my wits end here! I have tried reinstalling and removing all the files for the CT210M, including the GNS 530 guage files, but nothing seems to help!

Based on your experience and knowledge, how badly do you think the release of the Warbirds instead of proper, "Deluxe", aircraft hurt the launch of the game? It seems most people didnt even get a chance to spend their money, because only now are we getting the content we had hoped for. I probably dont know enough to say this, but I cant help but feel that is where they really dropped the ball. It was clear from day one that the large majority had no interest in planes without a purpose and especially without a cockpit.

Did you not get an email with codes for your DLC? Most, if not all, from what I remember, testers who got access to DLC also got to keep it for the full release, or at least got something.

I think its pathetic because its serves no purpose at all. It does the same thing the Zero and the P51 do, which is nothing. The amount of joy these warbirds bring is very limited by the fact that you can do nothing with them but fly, long flights with no cockpit = boredom beyond belief. Cope with the hard times? Who even knows if better content is even being considered? The Flight team is so secretive about what they are doing it leaves little room for hope. So what, I am just supposed to sit around and wait, hoping they release content that is worthwhile? If you enjoy the casual planes, so be it, but there are people out there who want proper aircraft as well, right now there is no variety in Flight and it is killing the game.

For what it's worth, the community manager, Delafina, stated that the P40, and I assume the other warbirds, were already planned before Flight was even released. What that means is open to interpretation.

Glad you got it working! I have had my fair share of audio issues in the past, especially with my 5.1 setup, so I know how frustrating it can be, especially because 95% of the time it is something simple like this :)
