I first thought it was totally pointless, But now…. It would make a good FMC for the a320 extended when aerosoft get around to releasing it.

Fsuipc might be a solution for your loading flights its kind of a must have programme for various different reasons. There is tons of posts on avsim about it I don’t believe these problems you’re having are separate issues it would be too much of a coincidence, I think Bert might be on to something with the link he provided..

You positive it was a full clean uninstall complete with registry cleaner FSX is very hard to completely remove, and using the standard control panel uninstall isn’t going to do the job

I would happily spend $100+ on any future PMDG product based on their recent past success The amount of hours and hours of workmanship thats put into these add-ons, plus the hours and hours of enjoyment we get in return, a $100 would be a steal

No question in my mind the QW757, plus the QWPAS is a nice feature Never buying a CS product again ( Just got the CS 767 and its just awful )

Hey Anthony I got the xps 8500 in April, Only the €1400 verison with the 2gb ATI Radeon 7770. It was a bit of a disappointment with the 2600 i7 that it was initially released with. I see it’s a 3770 now which might make a difference the 2600 is awful Don’t get me wrong it’s a rock solid pc and great for everything else with its ssd and Intel rapid storage technology. But as far as fsx running smoothly I think it could be better. I think the biggest problem with my xps is the Ati card.It can’t seem to handle clouds too well thus slowing the fps. If I was in the market again today for a new PC with similar price range id have a long think about buying one of the non “big brands” on komplett.ie I Know it’s easier said than done, especially these days but if you can increase your budget I think this would be the way to go. http://www.komplett....70/details.aspx I know it’s a ridiculous price for a pc with no OS but better then getting junk software/freeware pre installed. It seems everything in this hobby of ours is expensive. :rolleyes:

I’m not one to give advice on tweaking, in fact I rarely post a comment at all However the biggest increase I got in my FPS was by forcing to “Full Screen” This increased my fps massively and was the simplest tweak. Anytime my windows tool bar was showing my frames dropped to about half. Good Luck

Hi Joseph I don't have the effect file to give you but just a little info on Eiresim, They will get back to you, it may take a while as Eiresim is just one person and it takes him a while to get through the work load.Be patient a little bit longer and theyll fix it. Best of luck

LEAL by Eiresim is also good in my opinion, also like KJFK by FSDT but am lucky if i get 20 FPS at it.

Hey Eric I’m currently running a 32” 1080p LG LED monitor, I’m currently experiencing no problems. In the beginning there were issues with programs like REX looking stretched like a bad install, but this was fixed by going into Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display and setting the Dpi to 100% for some reason that was not the default setting It’s running off An ATI Radeon 7770 Card, so I reckon your GTX would have no problem Best of luck with your new screen

I really wish my first post on avsim was not a request as I know the painters and contributors to this site and its library work hard to enhance the FS community I would like to know if it is possible to get the Aer Lingus retro livery across the complete PMDG range ( except the Beechcraft ) for FSX My main request would be for MD-11,747-8x,J41,737-800 winglet Currently Aer lingus has an all Airbus fleet but in the past the 747 would have used this paint scheme so it’s only part fictional :rolleyes: I appreciate it’s a tall order but it would be much appreciated Thanks in advance
