Returning after a 2 year break and getting ready to install FSX SE I already own win 7 but can go win 10 Any preference one over the other for FSX SE? I only use pc for sim and Netflix you tube etc

Thanks for your in depth reply. It's been a few years but I do remember having to shuffle files around to keep windows out of the red. I think 500 gb I'd good piece of mind.

Returning from a long absence What size windows 10 SSD should I get? I run FSX SE on a separate SSD but I think a lot of files end up on windows. Is 120 gb enough?

I was sitting on the fence between new PC build and XBOX. Took me a few days to realize it's a point and fly game without the ability to connect peripherals just one very ordinary HOTAS available The forums are a bit childish posting vids of airliners flying between buildings inverted etc Not my scene.

Hi After being away a few years I'm ready to dive back in. I was keen to go MFS 202O Ditch the old PC which ran FSX SE like a dream and buy the Xbox console but the new flight quadrants won't be available until Xmas I believe So with SE will I still have access to my old downloads with pmdg orbx and FSDT? I'm assuming SE is no longer supported by them?

Are the guys using the Xbox X/S console having the same problems? From looking at their Facebook group it appears they are not. It's my understanding updates are optimized for Xbox users. I don't think the PC user numbers are big enough to be taken seriously

Hi everyone, After a long absence I've returned to flight sim I'm reading amazing things about XBOX series X performance and optimisation and even the cheaper S model also does a great job Turtle Beach has a yoke quadrant coming out soon. Which makes the package look appealing Who here would buy into this combo. Would you choose the X or S model and why? Thanks

Yep . My controls work fine in DCS without fsuipc so Im positive everything will work fine in MSFS

By blindly apologizing on behalf of all devs and suggesting ORBX "wisely" didn't charge a bean for P3D ? They did it because JV decided to not follow in the footsteps of the greedy guys. lots of posts of him describing the business practises of certain devs as very questionable to say the least Think!! ORBX free even though switching over to P3D took time an effort. PMDG 100% !! fs2crew 100% active sky 100% get real man its just a cash grab . So I dont buy PMDG so I have to stick my head in the sand?

So your telling me PMDG had to start from scratch and build a brand new plane with the same effort and development process that went into fsx ? Anything less than that should should have been discounted accordingly..but a 100% lol com on..
