In P3dv2.5 you don´t need Affinitymansk anymore!!

I´m not sure but since last hotfix everything runs way smoother on my mashine! I do not have tweaked cfg by the way!

Applied the new Hotfix and no problems so far!!! Addons FTX Global+PNW Rex4 + soft clouds and Rex essentials plus Aerosoft BarcelonaX Aerosoft Los AngelesX Aerosoft Las VegasX My Traffic 2013 A2A C172 Aerosoft F14X (to be installed again after applying the hotfix) Aerosoft F16 Ai Carriers2 VLSO Megascenery Earth Blueskyscenery and tons of freeware airports everything smooth as butter no cfg tweaks at all I´m very happy with it!!!

My addons in p3dv2.5 Aerosoft BarcelonaX works but you have to delete Vistamare folder otherwise P3dv2.5 crashes to desktop!! Aerosoft Las VegasX ok Aerosoft Los AngelesX ok Rex4 TD and Softclouds ok Rex essential with overdrive ok Aerosoft F14x ok Aerosoft F16 ok A2a C172 ok Megascenery Earth ok Blueskyscenery ok LatinVFR Caracas ok FSGlobal Ultimate mesh bundle ok waiting for ORBX objectlibs and VRS !!

Any news how to set up Tileproxy in P3dv2.4?? By the way the download link for Tilproxy R086 doesn´t work. Can sombody provide a working link please!! thanks Harry

Hi, I use MyTraffic 2013 from Aerosoft and since P3dv2.4 I never had any problems it works as it should! (installed with Estonia Migration Tool)

I'm using R290X as well and it was the best upgrade I ever did! It works absolutely good in P3dv2.3! 400Euros worth it! Go for i!

Hi and welcome on board! Only CFG tweak for the time beeing you probably should do is the affinity mask setting that speeds up terrain texture loading especialy for photorealisitic scenery. I have tried a few more tweaks like in FSX but have not seen any improvements better to say they actually don't work in P3dv2! Also using the Migration Tool without any problems (My Traffic 2013, lot's of add on Airports for FSX etc.) Lockheed Martin already announced that in the next update P3dv2.3 there will be no affinity mask entry needed anymore, all cores will be used straight away! Enjoy...

I use Aerosoft F16, Dino´s F14D, A2A C172 without problems...still hoping for a release of VRS F18 Superbug with Tacpack!!

Since v2.2 I can use My Traffic 2013 without problems, in v2.1 I had no AI traffic when MT 2013 installed that changed with v2.2.

Hi everybody, I considering buying a new weather engine, I had before REX essentials but I´m not very satisifed with it, I read that ASN should be very good. Has anybody ASN working on P3dv2.1 (very important!!)? Or are there better Weather engines out there? advise is much appriciated thanks Harry

I recommend Dinos F14 is freeware but really good!!! check out his website http://indiafoxtecho.blogspot.co.at/ Aerosoft F16 works without problems in P3dv2.1 (I installed it with the latest EMT) regards Harry

SOLVED THE PROBLEM Airport BARCELONA X is working in p3dv2.1 solution: Disable the "ViMaCoreX.dll" entry in the dll.xml of prepar3d v2 C:\Users\XXXXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\dll.xml <Launch.Addon> <Name>VistaMare Core</Name> <Disabled>true</Disabled> <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> <Path>E:\Prepar3D v2\VistaMare\ViMaCoreX.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon>

Aersoft Mega Airport Barcelona X worked without problems installed with EMT in v2.0, but in v2.1 (installed with the updated EMT for v2.1) not working anymore sim wont start anymore. :(

in v2.0 I had no issues at all photscenery crisp and sharp with fast jets all settings to max, but with v2.1 now it is horrible :( blurries all the way...lots of people are reporting this from v2.1 I think it is one of the main issues now. I hope LM consider this in their next patch!!

Hi, I had Bacelona X installed with EMT in v2.0 without problems, now in v2.1 the sim doesn´t start anymore. I posted this already yesterday in the Aersoft forum and p3d forum but still no reply. Has anybody Barcelona X running in p3dv2.1? thanks regards Harry!

Hi everybody, same problem here getting blurries with v2.1 which I absolutely didn´t had with v2.0 (fast jets). I also fly only Photoreal, what I experienced is that in default scenery I don´t have any blurries at all, LM may have changed something at the cost of us photoscenery flyers... Novation is right, I tried setting the resolution lower and I got more blurries than with max res. I really don´t know or better to say I don´t see any differences with all these cfg entries like Fiber Frame...etc. I have tried nearly everything what I now from the FSX times, but not really succeeding. It seems like that the GPU is behind loading the terrain scenery, I guess LM made preference now in performance than in terrain loading. As with performance I have really good fps and with all sliders on max. except the shadows and AI roadtraffic. my rig: I7920@3,6 ASUS R290X 4gig GPU, regards Harry
