Strange....really. Same developer, hopefully will shed more lights to it. FFTF seems to work as advertised...

This morning I got email from FSPS store for this....anyone tried yet? Would be interesting to know how would work with FFTF or this is completely separate product. But again, FFTF does the same.

In their defense, since the get go, they made it clear and very hesitant to upgrade and update 777 for V5.Besides it took almost a year. I can't comment and this is just speculation on my part. They claimed endless hours were spent, which is possibly true but I believe along with this update they are making it for other platform as well, were they expect more income, which makes sense. So as a Business, they counted on those with V5 and revenue they could make of it. Truth is that nothing on the market as a Long Haul airliner doesn't exist with this depth and it is arguably best ACFT IMHO.To be honest if not because this update I would continue only with FSL, but since I fly for VA that requires this ACFT I am happy. With exception of EFB I don't see any other improvement. But yes, I am sucker and spent $78 for one more toy. One way or another they have to think and make best strategy and business decision and many factors that we don't know. Their product is good and until someone makes better I will be their customer. I can't compare with "others'' that sell "unfinished" product. Not saying that others are bad but they don't provide same as PMDG. Of course, only one that is superb IMHO is FSL, but again, 320 is short haul and my choice over NGXu. Can't even imagine quality if FSL announce long haul ACFT.

Those pics tell me that your AP is not engaged and off the track but it is ON. If is on Managed mode shoud follow your route. In FSL as I remember that happens if you are certain distance off the path. In that case you could go to DIR TO and pick next WPT. It seems like a bug to me....

Once installed, for first time, you need to run update. Once done, try again.....make sure you have new version of SODE as well and activate for your SIM....

Could be...Once I played with all systems and can't remember which one needs to be on to power certain things. Best bet will be FS lab forum for quick answer.

Your engines are off, only APU...they shouldn't work. I think one of electrical systems should be on in order few things to be working as far as I remember.

Agreed! not sure the purpose of this thread really....

In my case I gained more than few really. What I gained is high texture and better resolution and definitely smoothness overall. When I measure my CPU load now, it doesn't cross 45% but my GPU load is not more than 45% either which is bit confusing. FPS locked @ 30. Considering that I was 4 gen. behind with CPU and MB this is now real as it gets.

Not sure about others....I see here lot's of people OC with different results and I guess that depends on other add-ons, etc. Recently I updated my PC and added 10700K with same intention. However first time I fired her up, for fun I moved sliders to the right to see what's happening. Since I've got excellent results, FPS and VRAM usage I gave up that idea. Works like a charm, no issues at all (don't like that EA but....). I have ORBX and everything else installed. As a matter of fact I haven't made any adjustments even on NVI....So that's my experience. But I am on V5.1

Just took off from CYHZ with Snow showers showed perfectly and EA on....not that I am crazy about EA anyway....

I think they know that is very dark, so they figure let's add some blue.....for free....😀

Would like to know what comrade has to say how did he get this street lights.......Darkness and dimmed lights drives me nuts......

I had to remove Evshade completely as of now due to "Blue color invasion" on all my scenery. Hopefully new update will address that issue. I was unable to fix that problem, no matter what changes I made always stayed the same.

I do...but I didn't know about deleting VolumetricClouds. However once I got SF and made integration in Envtex I finaly get several layers, proper sizes and much better than before...No EA though. So I am not sure what I am doing right or wrong....🤥

Not sure why would you have that issue...but you should get help on their forum. All guys are very helpful there. And relatively quick with answers....

That makes two of us.....using Envshade as well....and very blue and haze. Last few days I am using SF in combination but without EA. Getting finally real clouds with proper shades very realistic, thick and proper size and several layers as well. And finally some clouds above FL300. But I can't use EA. Even without EA still bluish but better....What's interesting in my case, if I am flying with FSL, VC looks "heavy" blue without EA, but outside much better, with other AC looks OK. I think I tried more or less every possible combination but unfortunately there is no "ultimate set-up", always blue.
