  1. Just announced in the MSFS Dev Stream! Aeroplane Heaven & Microsoft will be releasing the Boeing 707-320C as Famous Flyer 10 on July 2, 2024!
  2. Buyer is Lion Air (Indonesia). Details.Cheers,- jahman.
  3. I'm just looking for the BEST 767 addon (freeware or payware) based on the EXTERIOR MODEL (I'm not interested in the VC) Help me pleasee!
  4. Good afternoon,I have one more question, hope someone could help me out. When do I have to change my cfg file ( Bojote tweak site ), directly after finishing the SP2 update process, or after my complete addon installations?Do I have to overwrite the existing cfg file via copy & paste function?Or shall I copy all the parameters of the new bojote cfg file and transfer it to the existing and insert them into the old fsx cfg file? Thanks in advance.Kind regards from Santiago de Chile. / un saludo cordialTom
  5. This is an excellent 48 minute IMAX movie presented by Boeing that everyone interested in flight, especially jet fighter aircraft, should see. It has various training exercises over the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas areas with Canadian, German, and other countries around the world. Best watched in full screen HD. The video photography is stunning and has amazing camera views, especially when the jets drop bombs on tanks and other ground targets during live firing exercises. Just wanted to make sure everyone here at AVSIM is aware of this film. It's a bit long but well worth the watch!http://www.youtube.c...d&v=RvtQ3g0ELuEBest regards,Jim
  6. On Dec 8th, the B-787 few around the World with only one refueling stop, setting a distance record of 10,337 nm (KSEA - Dhaka, Bangladesh) and a 20% savings in fuel burn over any other aircraft in the same class with the same weight, thus validating investment in CFRP design.Read article, view video.Cheers,- jahman.
  7. Look on their facebook page, maybe the 777???I think it will be the SDK and the NGX update, or even the announcement of the Dash 8.What do you think?Cheers, Tom
  8. Like most of you, I have been in awe of the NGX since its release. I learn something every day, and still have the feeling that I haven't scratched the surface of all the things that PMDG has modeled in this glorious airplane.Since I have been so busy flying the NGX, I haven't paid much attention to the upcoming release of the PMDG Boeing 777. I have been indifferent to the discussions on this forum about it. That was, until I stumbled across this ...http://www.youtube.c...u/9/_llyS20J0AcThis video blows my mind. All of the systems of the 777 200LR are amazing, especially the flight management systems. It will be difficult to believe that PMDG can model all of these systems as they are in RL. The EFB is incredible, the weather radar incorporated into the ND, well ... see for yourself. I definitely hope they model the cabin as well.So now I have officially joined the throngs of giddy PMDG ######, and as such, let me say ... I can't wait for the PMDG Triple 7
  9. Still new to the 737 and learning, ive been on the a32nx and CRJ Every time ive been on an ILS approach with the 737, its approached way too high, than at the end just completely gone above the target altitude, even though the diamond to indicate your approach says its perfect. In another forum they said this was the plane automatically doing a go around at a non-auto land capable airport/minimums. Ive tried auto land capable airports and tried lowering/changing minimums but nothing works, and the plane goes above the approach way before the minimums is even called, any help? Thanks!
  10. Hallo, Since the soon to be released PMDG Boeing 737 NG (X) will have failures by airplane and differed items sometimes you may be in the case where you find a malfunctioning or INOP item during preflight and you have to decide whether you can fly with it or need to fix it before flight. Besides the natural captain's choice there is a state published Minimum Equipment List (MEL) with items that you may fly with INOP until the next schedule maintenance or so. With some malfunctioning items you have some restrictions while with others you can fly without a care in the world. This list for the USA can be found here: http://fsims.faa.gov...on&doctype=MMEL I do not know if this is modified by airline or this applies the same for all companies in the US. And if anyone can provide something published by CAA I'd appreciate. Good luck with release. Unfortunately tomorrow I have to leave on holidays. Ciao,
