Here's something to think about.The 747-400 took approx. 4-5 years to make. (please correct me if I'm wrong)The MD-11 took 8 years from conception to completion. Let's say PMDG DO make a 777. They won't start it before the 737 (unlikely to). And going by past projects, we're looking at a release date sometime around 2015 (Give or take a year or 2).You're all asking for a 777 now, and then what happens if it's announced? "Please provide screenshots and progress updates!" for something that will be released around the 2nd half of the next decade.I'll leave the horse and stick at the door for the ones that need it.Goran

Gavin,I said nothing about it being childish not buying a product. I did say that it was childish to post in a thread that one refuses to buy it because it lacks 2d. If you don't want to buy it fine, but making a post about not supporting PMDG because of a lack of 2d panel is what is childish IMHO. The post saying you're not purchasing the product is what isn't necessary. What good will come from that?Chad

ChadYou are right, I misread.I would say though that if people say why they are not buying a product (in a sensible, non-hysterical way) this may be of use to a developer, allowing them to plan future products. I can't agree that someone's decision not to buy a product due to a lack of a 2D panel is childish, nor is their posting of that fact - again, it may be useful feedback to a developer. I agree that ranting and raving is a bit silly.As we can see in our discussion, we are able to express differing opinions in a civilised manner :( Best regards.
