I don't know of any FS development group that requires your first and last name on their forum. FT sure doesn't, at least not that I have ever seen. All they have ever said is you must sign in with your real name. As you already know, first name alone does not qualify as sensitive information. I would think most people would not post their first and last name randomly on the internet. With regards to the whole boycotting discussion, the only difference between whining and activism is the size of your audience. Think I heard that on an AM radio show a few weeks back. lol

Other FS sites operate there own forum, so you give them your full name at time of registration so they don't need you to sign with full name. PMDG and the other developers that have their forums here, don't have full name available to them, since your registered to AVSIM not them, and even so only PMDG requires it on posts. That is something I will not do. When and if I post there I don't ask for support and usually respond to other users, or post information I have. Even then sometimes my posts get deleted, for no apparent reason other than signing only with first name. So be it.

Hmm, interesting. I don't remember ever having to put my last name anywhere, so I guess I missed it. I do remember my first having to use mmy first name though. I think with the advent of social networkig sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.. simple things such as our last name are sometimes overlooked.

Well i got it last night, and im not the type of person to delve in to the depths of flying these things to their full potential although i do use the FMC a bit.I wasnt aware of any bugs as this was an impulse purchase so i didnt so any research, i also wasnt aware of how complex wilco/feelthere make their planes that was a surprise.i havent found any bugs, im really impressed with this one - a pleasant surprise all round.To be honest most bugs dont bother me anyway but i havent found any, particularly relating to night textures.Tom

No reflections in FSX, I think they have a mild tint though.

Minor to you, major to me...could be fixed easily but they don't want to be bothered. These problems have been known for several years and never fixed!!! :( I guess they don't care about their customers...Darryl(check out their website, they refuse to acknowledge the problems...only the McPhat website will allow this)

Yes, this is exactly the issue. Just participate in their forums. Their model for continuous quality commitment is to remove any negative comments in their forums. They might think about changing their name to something that better fits: Don'tCare, or maybe CareLess. I guess they must be doing well enough financially that they don't feel the need to care.Noel

Not sure if you were referring to the external window reflections or the widows in the VC, but looking at screeshots, it apears the glass has no reflections exterally. A shame if so, as it is the one thing that really detracts from how the FSX ERJv2 looks, IMO (at least this is how it looks in screenshots). Pilots sittig out in the "open air" has always been a pet peeve of mine. lol IMO, the Feelthere aircraft windows in FS9 always look better than FSX.Somebody please correct me if I am wrong regarding the E-Jets vol.2.
