I thought only people in Philly say "youse." I thought you Texans did the "ya-all" thing! :( Looking at this thread has convinced me to give the FSDT KDFW a try. I love their sceneries but had assumed that an airport this big and busy would be too much for my system to handle. Now I'm off to download the trial version and give a try. Now what's the right expression as I ride off into the sunset? Yee haaaa! :(

We are enjoying a return to balmy tempereatures (95). That's way better than the 104 we had yesterday. Thank God for a cold front! It's hotter'n hell!

:LMAO:Hey All y'All. Yins steered (no pun intended) me right. Even on my 7 yr old Dell XPS Single core Pentium IV I'm getting FPS mostly in the high teens or low 20's with an occasional stutter into the low teens. Full traffic (mostly WOAI) and even a few clouds and Megascenery Dallas. KDFW is amazing and a definite "keeper." Youse guys are the greatest! Yee haaa.Ciao (Just to make sure Umberto doesn't feel left out!) :biggrin:ps. I did go with the low res textures which made a tiny difference but even with the original textures it was still flyable. Hoping to get a new PC in the next couple of months and then it will be AWESOME!

No more than 5 fps and it completely crashed my system on approach with a VATSIM flight. Same results with the Aeroworx B200. PMDG 737 was flawless with 20-25 fps. Obviously, an issue with the feelThere and Aeroworx aircraft. But as I like to fly the American Eagle ERJ flights in and out of KDFW, I am truly disappointed. My PC is:AMD Phenom 8600B Triple-Core 2.30 MHz2.0 GB RAMNVIDIA XFX GeForce 7950GT

Falcon I dont know if you like to overlock but you should give it a chance. dont how far you would go with your setup? but fs loves 3ghz and over. but at 2.30 MHz its holding you back.

I'm willing to try though I don't know how. I added the additional 2GB of RAM but it had absolutely no effect with this awesome scenery and my feelThere products.

There you go... Always weird issues with FS9 when the OS is not XP. I'm not having any problem with the ERJ or KDFW on my end.This is why I hope FS11 is decent. Imagine a fully native version of FS for Windows 7.

HI Michael the combination of the erj v2 and dfw will defiantly stress out your cpu hmm trying to figure out why your fps went down so much and its strange that it only happen's with the erj v2. usually feelthere has a Configurator you can mess around with to see if your fps increase bad thing is that it will slow down the gauges. on the e-jets the Configurator goes from 0 too 100% under a tab called fps it should be the same for th erjv2 you should give it a a shot.
