April 8, 201115 yr Also want to add that this aircraft as turned me into a 100% VC flyer when i fly it, and considering its the only one i fly now, hence the 100% VC flyer. ;) Intel I7 12700KF / 32 GB Ram-3600mhz / Windows 11 - 64 bit / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060TI / 32" Acer Monitor, Honeycomb alpha/bravo, CH rudder pedals, Tobii 5, Buttkicker, Logitech radio panel.

April 9, 201115 yr Also want to add that this aircraft as turned me into a 100% VC flyer when i fly it, and considering its the only one i fly now, hence the 100% VC flyer. ;)I'm the opposite, I've always been a VC flyer, but the 2D IFR panel rocks and I find myself using it alot.
April 12, 201115 yr Although I don't fly with the 2D IFR panel, it is very good. Ifly converted me from 2D to 3D. Active Camera, FS2crew, Radar Contact, ASE, FSC, I need nothing else.As a side note, I have finally packed in FSNav. Sorry Helge, you finally got what you wanted. FSCommander has finally come of age. If the option to remove the airplane from view makes it into a rev. that would be the ultimate. Sascha, I want 10% off my next purchase for the advertising. :( JimCYWG
April 12, 201115 yr Is there any way to avoid the multiple altitude callouts on final approach? This issue has been discussed in the iFly forum. After all, i am not sure, if it is a bug. Fact is, that the "one thousand" and also the "five hundred" calls are re-triggered from the radio altitude annunciator. The numbers there are some times jumping very heavily back and forth during descent (depending on the terrain structure).Bjoern
April 12, 201115 yr Sorry Helge, you finally got what you wanted. JimCYWGJim, I am sure you didn't mean that remark?Unfortunately, Helge is no longer with us, he died in a nasty road accident a few years ago even though he was planning previously to update his program for FSX. I believe that it was almost finished too when the accident happened. It's just that no one took over, as I understand it from previous post's on here.I will say though that a lot of FS9 simmers believe that it's still the best because it contains functions that FSC ignored, such as local multiplayer facilities. April 12, 201115 yr You can select which callouts you want/don't want from the iFly Config manager.I know, that I can uncheck the sounds in Configuration manager. Nevertheless, I would like to hear them all, but only one time and not doubled or even more often.Maybe I was not clear enough in my post above:Multiple callouts means, that I hear the "1000" and the "500" callouts twice or even three times in sequence when approaching the runway. Sometimes also the "Approaching minimums" and "Minimums" sounds are repeated twice.Bjoern

Try decreasing GPWS sensitivity in the config manager. Regards, Mark
April 12, 201115 yr I would make sure you have Capt and FO on the same settings for call out on the EFIS panel often you see both set on different resulting in 2 sets of call outs. In reality The Capt should take priority and this will be the case in the Feature Pack. If you are experiencing something worse that this just post over on the support forum and I will be glad to help you with this. Take Care Steve Masson
April 14, 201115 yr Try decreasing GPWS sensitivity in the config manager.Already did this without success.I would make sure you have Capt and FO on the same settings for call out on the EFIS panel often you see both set on different resulting in 2 sets I did´nt realize, that you can have different settings for Captain and FO. Choose let´s say 200 for minimums radio altitude on the Captains side, then this value is automatically reflected to FO. Same with the baro settings. And RST does not reset the values as it is stated in the Operation Manual, it merely switches off the annunciation. In my opinion the solution for the repeated callouts would be to flag the soundfile for playing only one time. Something for the programmers. As a workaround I have disabled the relevant sounds in the styles menue for now.
April 15, 201115 yr sounds like an awesome bird....does the ifly 737-700 have wing views?None of the 737NG from iFly have wing view Hoang Le i7 13700k - Sapphire Nitro+ AMD RX 7900 XT - Asus TUF Z790 PLUS D4 - Gskill Trident 32GB DDR4-3600 LG 34GP63A-B Ultrawide - ASUS VG259QM MSFS2020
