August 3, 201114 yr Please don't fly this beauty as unreal as it gets with an airbus stick. Saitek Yoke, throttle and pedals for sure. Regards, Mats Weinberger

August 3, 201114 yr After lots of hesitation, just upgraded to the Thrustmaster Warthog. My major investment for the NGX. Still getting the feel of it but... worth it. I like precision - "steering feel" matters to me in cars and here, too. This has it in spades. (PS - yes, I know, I need to upgrade the specs in my signature...) August 3, 201114 yr Please don't fly this beauty as unreal as it gets with an airbus stick. Saitek Yoke, throttle and pedals for sure. I thought long and hard about that, but my CH and Saitek yokes (I tried both) didn't give me the same sense of realism that I get from the Thrustmaster Warthog or, before it, the Logitech G940. I know exactly what you're saying but for me it's more about the physical feel and precision of the controller, not the form factor so much. Now, if I could swing the PFC 737 column yoke, I might get back on the yoke bandwagon. But then, I'd have a hard time fitting it in my Cub... No problem Alan, my post was rather meant a little bit ironic.I think everyone is setting different values on a yoke. Some people look at the form factor, other more on precision or the feeling itself. As you have tested different joysticks and the Warthog is your keeper, why not? Regards, Mats Weinberger
August 3, 201114 yr CH Eclipse Yoke if model have yoke, and Afterburner II for combat or sportplane or Airbus

Discussions like this are valuable - I've lost count of how many I've read (and benefitted from) while finding my way from one controller to another in search of the Holy Grailstick... August 3, 201114 yr I use the Saitek pro flight yoke, saitek throttle quardant, and saitek rudder pedals
August 3, 201114 yr Well i know it's not the best but at the time i didn't have a great deal of money = Saitek X52 Pro. Say it aint so ... 737NGX is a no joystick zone .. you must get a yoke, its required
August 4, 201114 yr Mouse and keyboard! LOL I should really consider getting the Yoke, throttles and rudders just for the NGX but have the Saitek X52 sitting in it's box. - Edward Boyte | Youtube
