I'm trying to think of an analogy tying together anchovies and 2D throttle quadrants, but failing completely. I get the feeling both are about equally popular.Personally, I'd go for the anchovies over the 2D quadrant, any day. ;-)
Hmmm, actually, I am a huge fan of the 2d panel, and am missing the quadrant, and anchovies are only good on a Ceasar Salad..very tasty. Still not a real great comparison.

So if Boeing planes could be compared to pizza, then that Airbus planes are? :D

Pizza without anchovies is much like FSX without PMDG: a product aimed at the average consumer, but which lacks the ultimate ingredient that would take it to the next level, where it could satisfy the true connoisseur. ;-)To me, pizza is merely a host for a good L'Escala anchovy. And FSX is merely a host for PMDG. 8-D
