I only see the northern hemisphere in fact it doesn't even include Hawaii... on the plus side though, if this had any true meaning then those living in the Arctic circle will be happy with the coverage of Flight.

I am realistic but I do not fear to express an own opinion based on what we see on the Flight site since over a year.Hawaii only ? I bet there will be only a SMALL portion of Hawaii, let's say 10% of Hawaii.There will be also a small portion of 2-3 sceneries, just to build missions on " different " locations, no more.

More likely in the 30% to 50% range. I believe Apple takes a 30% cut (http://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/distribute.html). I can't imagine MS taking anything less.
