  1. Although the graphics are very nice, I'm rather upset with FLIGHT! :(
  2. I know that there are some people here putting down FLIGHT. I'm going to try FLIGHT, and if I like it, that''s GREAT, but if I don't, it's back to FSX for me. It's not that big of a deal to me.
  3. Even when I get Flight next year, I'll still play FSX too, until I wean myself off of it.
  4. It seems like some simmers act as if they're going to loose sleep, if everything is not 100% perfect.
  5. I for one, have no quorums concerning the ATC on FSX.
  6. Yeah, and I own several Barbie beaches in Nebraska. LOL
  7. It still bothers me how XP would put the airports in it's code name, instead of it's actual names. I had trouble finding the airports I wanted to use.
  8. I'll be very happy if it was just flying, driving, and boating.
  9. Not making fun of anyone. but it's kinda neat how some people can read and understand what Ranger Dan said, while others have trouble with it
  10. I don't recall having any issues with FSX.
  11. Just to let y'all know, I don't hate XP, I just had a bad experience with XP-9.
  12. Yeah, what ever! Keep dreaming that! XP even made it confusing to install the world scenery.
  13. I seriously doubt XP will ever be user-friendly!
  14. I'm with the realist gang, but friends with the optimists gang.
  15. Although I would like to see a release date soon, I don't want FLIGHT to be rushed.
  16. They don't seem like critics to me. They seem to be going with the flow.
  17. Sadly I haven't seen many f them. I must be looking in the wrong place. But it's good to know.
  18. People can make bad comments about FSX all they want, but at least it's easier to use. X-Plane 9 UI was too horrible to enjoy it's benefits.I know they'll be lots of people to say that X-Plane is much more realistic, but the way they do stuff, I don't really care.
  19. Thank you for the info. Were the start up menus any better? X-plane 9 was rather crude to those who wanted to try it out, by over complicating everything. To 777, It's i7 2700, not i5 2700
  20. Although I tried Kinect, and personally I hated it, but it's coming to the pc soon.Using imaginary objects, and acting as if pressing a button or two is too difficult to do is stupid. (It was harder to pause than to simply press a button.)
  21. FSX is already a niche game. and Xplane is even more so. Let's face it, most gamers are more interested in fps and/or rpg's. Many of them think flight sims are boring.
  22. Thanks! Actually I already knew that. I mainly wanted to point out that I would like new simulators to come out, but not combined, especially with FLIGHT.
  23. I would love to have the ability to simulate ships, cars and trains, but not really in a flight sim. Maybe like in another sim for ground/water travel.
  24. Sure the roads on FSX weren't the best, but I think the big purpose was to make the world seem more alive with the traffic. I appreciated it, even if it wasn't the best.Gee, Gamers are so demanding. Sure I want them to look very awesome, but I'm not going to have a damn tantrum over little things.X-Plane 9 felt dead to me, plus their menus and selection process sucked, but I might get X-Plane 10 anyway.
  25. Although I love the idea of MS Drive, I would not necessarily want it in MS Flight. But I would not be totally opposed to it either.
