thunderstorms with 2 degrees of temperature are very unlikely in reality, but I always storms when it rains. Is this normal?

Hi,Sorry for delay in answering, but for future reference, its best to post a new thread or keep to the relevant... this is an AS2012 announcement thread.....You always get thunderstorm with rain? This doesn't seem right... You may want to look at the "Prevent Thunderstorms when CB reported", as by default, tstorms are depicted when CB is found... some countries/areas use CB for any kind of cumulus cloud, where in others that is only stated when thunderstorms are imminent (updraft / TCU / building stage, the first stage of thunderstorms). If you have any continuing trouble or questions please ask them as a new thread or as always contact our support department (support.hifitechinc.com) for official support from HiFi. Thanks!

Maybe you didn´t read my question? Can you estimate when the X-Plane (10) version is ready? Didn´t read anthing about that despite the fact that you announced that you work on a version for that sim.

Hi, please remember you can get direct response from us at support.hifitechinc.com. Sorry to miss your question here in this thread.I have no official estimate on XP10 product, but we are working on it and will provide details when we can. Thanks!

Damian, I'm not sure if this has been asked. Are the clouds 3D?I would love to climb through overcast and have 0 visibility like in real life. X-plane 10 seems to have gotten this dead on when I tested the demo's.

I have been running AS6.5 for about 2 years and love it. I would upgrade but im like alot of others I run FS9 because I dont have a top end computer for FSX. But I dont see anywhere it is compatable with AS6 If it does then I will upgrade if not ill just stay with what I have.

Hi,For right now, AS2012 is for FSX only.

Guys, I bought Active Sky 2012 at Simmarket about a week ago as an upgrade to ASE. Where do I find my ASE serial in ASE interface (ASE was an upgrade to ASA)? I tried my ASA serial but AS2012 rejected it as invalid.Thanks,Dirk.

Dirk,Your ASE code should be the same as your ASA code. If you want to check, it is in the Windows registry.

Jim,Then how come AS2012 doesn't accpet my ASA code? I'll PM my ASA serial, please help.Thanks,Dirk.

Jim doesn't work for HIFI anymore, use the support area at the official website and Damian will sort you out.

Cheers, Andy.

I hope my question is not redundant... I have FS9 and FSX on one system and use both programs regularly. I was hoping to upgrade to 2012 for use in FSX only, eliminating the need to use REX on FSX. Will 2012 overwrite ASE or will it still be available for use in FS9? Hope this makes sense.Thank you,Tom Richey

Yes, you can do this.

Hi, I purchased the upgrade today, but my license of ASE does not work. "This license key is invalid. please enter again."Josman

Josman,Is as2012 installed on same PC as ASE?

Best Regards,
