We talking real world or fantasy? No jets would ever land there in the real world.

SBRJ isn't an easy one. Try landing at RWY 02, visual circle approach. Once you get lined up at the appropriate altitute I don't think there's any challenge anymore, you just can't let the aircraft float after the 1000 mark.

LOL, when we are playing FSX, we aren't in the real world.

From the IPH (Instrument Procedures Handbook - 4-26 ) available from the FAA's website, here..Which is a brilliant read in general for those with questions, including NGX favourites like ILS/RNAV/RNP/STARs etc etc...http://www.faa.gov/l...dures_handbook/SPECIAL AIRPORTS & COMMENTSKodiak, AK Airport is surrounded by mountainous terrain. Any go-around beyond ILS or GCA MAP will not provide obstruction clearance.Petersburg, AK Mountainous terrain in immediate vicinity of airport, all quadrants.Cape Newenham AFS, AK Runway located on mountain slope with high gradient factor; nonstandard instrument approach.Washington, DC (National) Special arrival/departure procedures.Shenandoah Valley,VA Mountainous terrain. Your list doesn't have PAJN? Lihue is easy compared to that. KONT gets bad with the Santa Anna winds, but PAJN with the hill winds and coming down the channel on 26 or passing "The Cut" on 8 is fun.

Innsbruck seems pretty easy to me, maybe because I've always approached from the city.

How about a departure from all of the above listed airports with a single engine failure at V1. Fun. Or in the spirit of US1549, how about dual engine failure? Dare we?
