Each purchase I made from them (two) had a debilitating bug that was addressed months after release. I personally stand by what I say: Carenado produces mostly eye candy. I respect other's opinions, of course. If you like it, you like it!

I'm sure loads of people are and I respect the fact that many don't know or particularly care whether the flight dynamics are accurate. If you have fun and get that "immersion factor" we all seek then that is all that matters for many fans of FSX.For me a "Flight SImulator" should do just that - simulate flight. I don't think the Carenado models do that very well. They look great but for some of us pretty pictures aren't enough and at the kind of price software developers now charge I expect accuracy. Not a buggy rushed release with an RC-like flight model.

As for me, I think the C185, the C208, and the A36 are pretty doggone wonderful and I do have a bit of stick time.

just googled 'db' and got 'database,' 'deutche bank' and so on. sorry, not your slang but believe what you must.dev bashing is a common topic here at avsim.constructive critism is fine if you own the new offerings but blanket bashing based on past grudges, not really helping anyone. (i personally don't expect the fidelity of a $30 addon a/c controlled by cheap plastic controllers to necessarily match real life=low standards?) but much luck with your crusade!

That the experience so far amounts to nothing and my "crusade" is simply to be regarded as db? I mean rb in this case.
