March 28, 201214 yr Hi,I decided to do a long haul today and what better way to do this then to go to the mighty land of the sun...Africa.Got the latest scenery from Orientalsim for Nairobi(hope it get's AES'ed soon!) so this was a nice choice.i'm not really used to flying the 777,but i saw a promo video of a Just planes DVD and i really like the livery.Next time,it will be cargo/classic flying again :).Of to the tarmac then to get a glimps of the "Pride of Africa"Quite a beast isn't she..especially from up close...Cockpit checks completed,time to get going!All set to go...hand off from the ground crew.After a long taxi to rwy36L,we are blasting off and on our way to Nairobi!Following the Lekko departure,we get a nice view of Amsterdam Schiphol.Settling in for the cruize now and curious for the approach into Nairobi.Hope you liked the departure!kind regards,Steven Steven Ghion Belgian Virtual Tigers

March 28, 201214 yr Steven, Very nice shots. Since it is probably going to be a while yet before PMDG releases their 777, I'm seriously thinking about getting the PSS/Blackbox version in the interim.

March 29, 201214 yr Author Thanks for the replies gents!Unfortunatly,no arrival shots as it was pitch black when we landed.I must say orientalsim did a nice job for the Nairobi scenery.I hope they will make more african sceneries.
