April 1, 201214 yr Every time I mouse over a picture of an NGX (or any other Jpeg), the photo starts spinning, then slowly comes to a stop. It's very annoying and makes me want to (GASP) go to a different forum. Is this a system wide problem, or do I need to start troubleshooting Windows 7? Thanks for your replys.
