Ryan, the H80 is fantastic when it comes to cooling, but annoyingly loud on medium, and worse on high. :sad:I am looking to replace the fans with quiet ones from Noctua.

Any rad fan on high is going to be noisy. Corsair's fans are good with decent static pressure, so I'd stick with them. A better idea to combat noise and make better airflow is to mod or buy fan shrouds. Most noise on radiator fans are caused from the disrupted air at the radiator grill. Shrouds help with that. In the H80's case, there are two fans making noises at two places. The case grill and the radiator grill. That makes for an interesting shroud mod, but also means a fan upgrade will not help much at all with noise.

Thanks for the insight Zach, very interesting,

You would need more radiator area to have the same temps with lower speed/quiter fans.

Guys. I really admire all your dedicated FSX rigs. Mine was am multimedia system at first but has been changed into an system which I think is usable for everything. But mine is nothing worth to show, no fancy light effects or case, just an black one with some stickers on it. If you nevertheless wanna see it, just say and I try to get some pics.
Absolutely Steffan,This is not a supermodel walkway here. Besides you have interesting specs, so please take those pictures and upload here!Kind regards,

Nice one! I´m saving up for a yoke like this (No FSX Addons for 3 months, that´s a pain!!).

Best regards, Steffen

Thanks Stephen, I only got it three days ago but the initial impression is very good.Controlling the elevator trim on the Realair B60 with the trim wheel is easier than with the little switches on the yoke.I completed a short leg without using the autopilot at all.I never flew a real plane so I cannot say if it works like the real one.

It doesn't work like the real aircraft. At least not GA.To my knowledge, and experience, I can say that in real aircraft (at least, the one that I flew), you first set your stick THEN set the trim. Setting the trim without prior setting of the stick/yoke is really really hard. That was in the Katana.I guess on the bigger commercial airliners, you set the trim without touching the yoke, but I would guess that the yoke "moves" while you set it - real pilot please confirm.
