June 21, 201213 yr Have downloaded the update as requested, exited and restarted and the new background sceneries etc are all present but after exiting and restarting Flight ,it comes up with the update available screen again, so I did it again and again. Incidentally if you press the no option for the update it loads but with the original background screenshots. Anyone else had this problem.

June 21, 201213 yr You shouldn't be getting this. What OS do you use? If you have Vista or WIn7 look here %localappdata%\Microsoft\XLive\Updates\4d5308d2 and see if you have any setup exe or something to run. THis is the title update. My guess is that it is failing to apply. You should post on the steam support forum, or email [email protected] if you have further problems.
June 21, 201213 yr In my case (Win XP), the installer runs and finishes, but then after, pops up an error message as shown below, and the updated content does not appear when starting up Flight.. I'm pretty much ready to uninstall and re-install Flight, but if anyone recognizes this, please post! Bert
June 21, 201213 yr Nice try - but not true Flight supports Win XP according to the documentation. Maybe "not well supported" though... Bert
June 21, 201213 yr I'm checking... Edit: Ok, did you install Flight from Steam or the web? Check the version of sqmapi.dll in the installation directory where Flight.exe is located (from windows eplorer, right click->properties->details). It should be 6.1.7600.16385
June 21, 201213 yr Nice try - but not true Flight supports Win XP according to the documentation. Maybe "not well supported" though... 64-bit WinXP is not supported. 32-bit is.

June 21, 201213 yr Commercial Member I havent seen the cub yet. =( I'm currently in Maui with a laptop that can't run Flight, so I can't confirm, but reading the MS Flight Facebook page, someone posted the following: Also, I know your next DLC plane. The Piper J3 cub. I saw it in the video if you wait too long to "click to continue". Even check it out! Brandon Filer
