September 14, 201213 yr Oi Vey!! It's getting harder and harder to not pull out my credit card and take the plunge and pick-up XPX. These screen shots just about made me do it  Great set of shots of a great looking aircraft.
September 16, 201213 yr I wish we FSX'ers had as nice a lighting model. It really makes a difference, and I am loving the road vehicular traffic as well. I was an X-Planer back in the day (the XPlane 6-8 era), and one thing I really liked about it was the frame rate performance, even with heavy scenery/weather detail. I'm pretty sure that FSX, with it's clunky, dated legacy code and its limited use of multicore processor usage, would choke with the detail you show with my system. A.J. Domingo
September 23, 201213 yr Again Rob, just great ! :Applause: Georges - OpenStreetMap - Ubuntu GNU/Linux -
September 23, 201213 yr Haha! Maybe I'm out of the loop, but that's the first time I've heard the old NW livery referred to as "bowling shoe". But it totally fits! Great shots!
