October 21, 201213 yr Author Come on. Seriously? So I am not allowed to give an honest opinion....?

October 21, 201213 yr So I am not allowed to give an honest opinion....? Would agree that calling it FSDT quality is a bit of a stretch. To each his own though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Blake
October 21, 201213 yr Yes the scenery is very nice. I personally think it is rivaling FSDT quality... Similar to that of Las Vegas. You constantly cheerlead certain payware addons. But comparing it to FSDT? Give me a break. What next, Captain Sim is as good as PMDG?
October 21, 201213 yr Author You constantly cheerlead certain payware addons. But comparing it to FSDT? Give me a break. What next, Captain Sim is as good as PMDG? Oh boy.... Time for a break from this hobby! What a bunch of grumpy 'ole simmers! No wonder this hobby is dwindling. We argue about every stinking thing... :LMAO:

Glad you like your new purchase and that you are happy with it its just that ImagineSim has left a bad taste in alot of peoples mouths. Jim Wenham
October 22, 201213 yr Author its just that ImagineSim has left a bad taste in alot of peoples mouths. Well, they haven't scared me off...............yet :LMAO:
October 22, 201213 yr That's the point I was trying to make with the old gas tank analogy. If I have to pay a little 'extra' (from the Latin meaning getting ripped off as some people interpret it) I'm OK with that. It won't bankrupt me and it keeps them in business. I also 'donate' 5 bucks a tile for BlueSky photoscenery hoping it will keep them in business as well. If they price their sceneries right -> aka -> what they're worth, and not a eurocent more, then people will buy them, and they will stay in business. It's as simple as that. And their sceneries so far (I have 3x3=9 of them) are not worth the "single" price of €25. They are only worth the price of "package of 3" -> €16.66 each.
October 22, 201213 yr Ok, now I'm confused. My old version already reads V2. Edited. Well, I've named the folder that way, lol. I don't actually know why. As for the discount, I would have liked some symbolic 'we appreciate you as an existing customer' value. It's not so much about saving tons of money then. You know, just the thought that counts. Well, please report how the new version does. I was, still am, ok with the old one. I just purchased the new Atlantic / Pacific Tropics version of GEX. Received a 30% discount for being a previous purchaser of the Africa / Middle East package a few months ago. It's that sort of thing that will keep me coming back as a customer! October 22, 201213 yr Hi, Exactly!!!. You want ongoing support from my wallet for your addons, then you better support me as well by providing me with a discount for continuing to support you. October 26, 201213 yr Anybody having any issues with this file causing FSX (Acceleration) to freeze on the splash screen? I'm operating Windows 7 (64 Bit)? Justin Fletcher
October 27, 201213 yr then you better support me as well by providing me with a discount I know we are in agreement here. I just cringe at use of the term "discount" to refer to upgrade pricing (vs full price). I just don't consider upgrade pricing to be a discount. It's just a different pricing tier based on the fact that the increment of value to a previously registered owner is less than that of a new purchaser. November 3, 201213 yr Interesting that an Avsim member has uploaded an Afcad update to the earlier version correcting some errors and improving performance in regard to traffic movement. Glad there is some support from somewhere. Oh. No charge for the update. Here's the link. http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=172436&CatID=fsxafcad Note again that this is for the earlier version.
