May 27, 201313 yr The uiautomationcore.dll causes menu crashes, nothing but crashes until it was removed have not had a problem since. Rich Sennett
May 27, 201313 yr The Windows 7 version of UIAutomationCore.dll is 6.1.7600.16385: It can be found in C:\Windows\System32 and in C:\Windows\SysWOW64. It should not be removed from these folders, or replaced with any other version, as doing so will or may cause other applications which rely on this version to stop working. The version # which will work without error with FSX SP2 is 6.0.5840.16386, and this should simply be placed into the FSX root folder (where fsx.exe lives). Nothing else need be done. It should not be registered with Windows 7. It is available here, and should be renamed to its correct name once it's placed. May 27, 201313 yr I cannot post a screen shot using my IPad, but how can I adjust settings so that clouds do not bloom so much of an intense, almost electric whiteness. I guess the best descriptions is that I would like the level of white and contrast for clouds in the default FSX, but with all the contrast found in the enb series as well as this FSX shade configurator for everything else including aircrft exteriosrs, panels, land, water, etc. Thanks.. Sherm
May 27, 201313 yr You may want to start a post about enb series this is sweet topic and I could never get enb to work Rich Sennett
May 27, 201313 yr We have started to change the topic from SweetFX to the uiautomationcore.dll CTD. I'm hoping we can keep this thread on SweetFX and display some of the successful configurations. We can all read more about the uiautomationcore.dll (part of the dotnet package) in the CTD forum. If all has been said about SweetFX, then I need to close this so we can move on. Okay? May 27, 201313 yr Good news that you can just untick AA in FSX to get multiple screens working but what about all that great work that was done to setup Nvidia Inspector, use 1/2 Refresh Rate, etc. Why is it always give and take with FSX....arghhh! Mark CYYZ
May 28, 201313 yr I leave my settings, you have 2 files, one the settings and the other is the curve that goes inside the folder SweetFX, this second file I have configured that's why I add, hope you like. http://www.4shared.com/rar/PS5y-MN5/SweetFX_settings.html
