November 9, 201213 yr Outstanding shots Rob....I must to admire the mood of your screenshots with their lighting and camera angles. Your shots were one of the reasons I purchased the Xplane 10 and so far I very satisfied...So satisfied that I even took a time out from my beloved FSX... :p0502:

Just beware, some of the scenery shown here are addon scenery, like NYC or airport scenery. not sure whether payware or freeware though? Base XP scenery is more generic, (Though very detailed) with no detail airport scenery except for KSEA. and major cities have little resemblance to the real world. 3rd party addon scenery like in these shots do look good though!! Trouble is though, it will be up to you to fill the world with more realistic scenery. Of course this is true with FSX and FS2004 but not to the extent it will be necessary with XP. Thanks Tom My Youtube Videos! http://www.youtube.com/user/tf51d

Yes, what tf51d says is true, These shots are in XP10 with lots of payware, freeware and converted FSX scenery. Don't expect default X-plane 10 to look like this out of the box. The demo is a better example of what to expect the XPX world to look like. However, it can look very good if your willing to put the time and money into it. I just don't want to mislead anyone to run out and buy it and then say it looks nothing like your shots. I wasn't happy with XP10 at first, but I kept at it buying payware scenery, downloading freeware scenery and converting a lot of my FSX and FS9 scenery. I now how a big chunk of the world populated and it looks and runs great, but it was expensive and a lot of work. Im still not done either, ( I find tweaking it fun. but I'm weird that way! LOL) Its kind of like FSX-plane now since I have so much FSX scenery in it. Rob
