Posts like these happen in every development schedule, I was wondering when they would start for the T7, its a sure sign that the bird is not to far off, thanks OP lol.

I agree with the poster above, I just wish it will be either before January, and if that is not possible, which I know it probably wont be...then March or after, as Uncle Sam will be getting a nice check from me this year.

 

Taxes......got to love it.....I pay in, so others can get paid, to then buy FSX addons...lol

I can understand what the OP means, prior to the release of the MD-11 I was extremely excited however I did lose interest in the aircraft as the development cycle continued until the point where I was sure I wasn't even going to purchase the MD-11 as my attention had shifted to other aircraft developments. However upon release after looking at videos and screenshots I couldn't resist and bought straight away. This has pretty much been my experience for all PMDG products and please be aware that I am not criticizing PMDG for this but do understand how the OP feels.

Typical teenager. I want everything NOW!!! I bet if they put out a 777 and it did not fly perfectly you would be the first one complaining PMDG sucks!!! Stop being a baby. Quality work takes quality time. PMDG makes quality. That's what we all pay for. So put on your big girl pants and make you own 777 and see how long it takes YOU!

I would buy it even if it takes another year! Or more for that matter... Once you have experienced the quality of PMDG, you get an appreciation for the folks burning the midnight oil on this one. Now, I know that there was a post about the T7 being released before the end of this year and that FS2Crew are looking for fresh voices to do their T7 version.

 

This would be fantastic, but like so many others have said here, I would rather wait for a complete, fully functional, AWESOME aircraft, then to have one quickly that is half-baked. If you want something that kills enjoyment and creates a cool off in enthusiasm, that would be it as far as I am concerned!

 

That said, I cannot wait to get my hands on that darned yoke, but then I believe that that is exactly the same feeling everyone here has got!

I agree with all that.

 

To the OP and anyone mad about the PMDG DEV cycle. Imagine.... Right now the team probably has a (complete speculation by me) mostly working model that is being extensively tested and refined both in code and graphics. The hours spent thus far and the ones required to release are mind blowing... they are creating a very complicated and detailed simulation of a very complicated real life aircraft. Precision isn't only referring to their Flight Manuals!

 

PMDG has the ability to focus on quality and performance and most of all the end user product Experience. I believe I can speak for many here and say PMDG deserves our respect and money once a product is released! What they do (like many small development groups) requires a plethora of time, talent and knowledge. It's safe to say that their team is comprised of a rare group of talented knowledgeable people that together make it possible to do what they do. I'm happy to get to be a part of and experience the fruits of their labor. Time is but a small hurdle jump right before I charge "X" amount of dollars for my PMDG T7X! LOL

I just remembered the good old song ........I can wait forever...
