December 12, 201213 yr Author Hmm, nice idea Matt, but for me personally I find anything 'outside' of the sim bit of a distraction... BTW I like your garden! You guys just nailed it with the garden, it is way too much of a distraction. Plus I am just starting to build an O Scale garden railway back there. LOL woah...now that's a yard. Feel free to post more pics of NZ please. Thinking of relocating. I highly recommend it. I've been here for almost two years now and it has taken about that amount of time to unwind from the rat race of North America. December 13, 201213 yr Hi friend you need a bigger monitor to hide that awfu view l and please do something with that spider web of cords on the right. !
December 13, 201213 yr Looks like you have a bit of Gorse there Matt. You have to blame the early English settlers for that, as they brought the Gorse with them to recreate the hedges they left behind. What they did not realize, was with NZ being slap dam in the roaring forties, the gorse seed blew all over the countryside, and became a noxious weed. I know the area very well, looking at the photo's, I use to drive freight and suburban trains out of Wellington, some years back. What a mess that was. Can't stand the stuff. None of it is on our property thankfully but the last owner was a single mom and never set foot in the yard. So we've got about 5 years of overgrowth to get through and some trees to remove. Gonna be a long summer Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
