Awesome videos - had so much watching them. As being a child of the 80s and had the oppurtunity to fly over the world in 747s...I miss the good ole days of flying with good food and awesome experience. I so remember the time when everyone dressed up to go to the airport.

747 is still my favorite airplane....truly an engineering marvel.

I don't think food on airplanes is bad now, infact I think the standard is actually much better than it was back when I started, much nicer and a much higher quality in both material used and cooking/serving.

Imagine that, there used to be actual printed menus from which one could choose from at least several options.

I remember back fondly on my several cross-country flights on the Super-Connie where we were served on china service, with real silverware and linen napkins... B)

And there's your reason for weight savings on planes. ^_^ More seriously, I think some business but at least first class services nowadays include the china setup.

Do you run any tools blocking flash or javascript maybe? For me, the site was a bit on the slow side but it worked.

I dunno, all my browaser didn't work, it's really slow, I menage to see on the mac, this aircraft is a nice contribution on human history, it's unbelievable how many people have traveled in safety and relax.

It's a shame that there is no FSX version at the quality of Coolsky.

Thank's

Yes, I full agree. A nice 747-100/200 would be pretty cool in the sim.

And, now, when you ask if you can take a closer look, everybody looks  at you. :(

Didn't have that experience a few years ago!

Back when Air France were doing flights from London to Paris with the A380, after the return trip from Paris I asked If I could see the flight deck, they kindly said I could...but I can see where you're coming from...

And now you are on one of the 'he knows too much' lists. ^_^ Just kidding. Seriously, nice news that they allowed for this. I think chances are that, after a flight is finished, they literally open up a bit. Showing off the equipment. B) :P
