He did recently, just a couple of days ago.

The screen shows off the ground detail up close, I've been quite impressed by it.

 

You can use the tanks and other ground vehicles if you buy their Combined Arms module. Not sure if you can manually load tanks onto transport trucks like that in the sim and deploy them from there - maybe its just a function for the AI controlled vehicles or the whole thing is a special model again included for purely ground AI purposes?

Good assortment of aircraft! I like the grass and shrubs.
