Hey Luke what do the F/O's side ACPT CANC & REJ buttons function with in your last shot?

Hey Luke if I can make a request, can we see a quick overhead panel shot? Not much has been seen there. Please? :)

I know there's a lot of money in aviation because I put it there.

Also, about the TOGA switch, is there a similar feature to the NGX or do you use the Throttle's TOGA switch?

Do you mean the TOGA screw? If so, yes, it's still there and it's been improved. A left click gives you normal TOGA just like the NGX, however there is also a middle click to do a soft disconnect of the A/T (like if you hit the button on the side of the throttles), and a right click which is a soft disconnect of the A/P (like if you hit the button on the yoke).

David,

Not Luke, but I just posted a night one in this thread. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/415173-over-heard-panel-and-the-fuel-system/

For CPDLC/Data Link messages that appear on the bottom of the EICAS.

Thanks Mike!

Hey Luke,

Have PMDG found a way to make the wing-views play internal sound instead of external (either by having the wingviews on an internal camera, or somehow hotlinking the external camera to use internal sound)?

Not that I fly from the wingviews, I just occasionally give myself a heart-attack when I'm switching through the views and end up on the wingview with it sounding like I'm actually sat on the wing  :P

Luke, awesome shots buddy!

Do you know(or could you check), if there is an option to have the PFD clock, as opposed to the old style "Boeing clock"?

On the landing lights, I saw in a preview video that they all flick on at once. Is that an invisible clickspot like the bar on the NGX, or do they all go on at once? Also, about the TOGA switch, is there a similar feature to the NGX or do you use the Throttle's TOGA switch?

Middle/wheel click on any of the three landing light switches does moves them all as if you hit them with the edge of your hand. There's no gangbar on the 777 the way there is on the NGX, so we had to come up with a different way.

Not possible in FSX, sorry - those views always have to use the external sound.

This option will not make the initial release. It's a very new option and not even documented in the Boeing manuals we were given. Several of our tech team pilots said their airlines are just now getting new aircraft with the option installed and they've only seen it once or twice in the real world. We'll look at doing it for one of the service packs most likely.

Disregard- Ryan beat me to the "post" button.. But I bet I'd beat him in a race from Heathrow to Los Angeles (-;

Actually... He can use time compression thinking about it - damn!

Maybe in SP1 - too late to add it in now. Thanks Ryan!

Thanks Ryan and Luke!

After clearing some CB's over Glasgow- direct to BALIX which is the start of our random North Atlantic Track across Iceland & Greenland... it's been a while!  ^_^ Rene took the first break and is in the bunk - we've only been airborne 40 odd minutes!!

Only the 777-200LR can cruise with 80% N1!!

Hey Luke, I noticed that the displays have some jaggies, do you have anti-aliasing disabled?

It is also quite the common glitch when flying on VATSIM
