iOS 7 Win or Fail

Do not use it with the latest Ipad, I'm getting really bad performance, keyboard lag, general hangs an freezes when navigating through anything. This clearly wasn't optimized for Ipad 3 whatsoever.

I know there's a lot of money in aviation because I put it there.

David, I also have the iPad3 (which btw isn't the latest iPad) and I haven't noticed any of the issues you are reporting, "just" the battery drainage. Just followed todays F1 race for two hours with the live timing app and lost more than 50%.

My buddy has an iPad 2 and 3 and he hasn't seen any of those issues.  Perhaps take it to the Apple store if it is under warranty.

I don't have any iOS devices anymore (I have an Android now), but I did install it on my mom's iPad 4 and my old iPhone 4. On the iPad, like someone said before, it looks very Windows 8'ish, and VERY white. If you like to read emails in the morning or before going to sleep, you'll hate it. On the iPhone 4, since it's an older phone and it's slower, it is a bit slow. But otherwise, it is an OK update.

The iPad 3 isn't the latest iPad.

I love it. Faster, cleaner, simpler. More automation if you want it.

Recommendation: if you are having any issues, back the iPhone up on your computer (make sure it backed up properly), then Restore your iPhone (not As New), then go through setup, then restore from backup.

I've always done this with any major iPhone iOS updates and it keeps the system clean and humming along. And can resolve buried issues along the way.

We've done the upgrades now too. Performing better for us as well.
