November 23, 201312 yr Author Not sure. Why not just send Rob at RealAir an email. Bob I will didn't want to bother him if it was common knowledge but I'll drop him an email and report back. ATP MEL,CFI,CFII,MEI. Type Ratings B-737, ERJ-190,ERJ-170

November 23, 201312 yr He already posted in the ongoing RealAir Duke v2 thread that it is not currently supported, but they will check it out after it's released and see if it's something they want to do.
November 23, 201312 yr It will be excellent if Rob can produce a native installer as I would prefer to use that rather than the Legacy mode but thank goodness that the migration tool will work in P3d version 2 as a new version will be released later next week:-) Regards John (Bird) 4.6GHz OC, Windows 10 Creator, 16GB RAM, 780 Ti SC 3GB, SSDs Thrust master HOTAS Warthog, Virtual-Fly TQ3, CH Pro Rudder Pedals, 40 inch 4K Philips screen, CV1 Touch, AFS2, P3D4
November 23, 201312 yr Author I got this reply from Rob "Hi David, Our website makes no mention of P3d and currently our products are only for FSX. That might change in the future when we have had a long look at P3d v2. Kind regards, Rob" ATP MEL,CFI,CFII,MEI. Type Ratings B-737, ERJ-190,ERJ-170
November 23, 201312 yr Hm, that's a pity because the Lancair Legacy is my 2nd favorite plane. Luckily the A2A C172 does work in P3D.
November 23, 201312 yr I have the realair turbine duke in p3d version 1.4 and using the estonia migration tool it works fine as far as I can tell. In fact it's become one of my favorite planes to fly.
November 23, 201312 yr Realair makes my favorite GA planes. They are all great! I hope that one day they do support the new platform. BTW, I love the new icons. MSFS
November 23, 201312 yr Me too.. the B60 is my fave twin and I'd be sad if I had to give her up. November 23, 201312 yr Author He never said he has an issue with its use in P3D, maybe he's ok with it but just won't give support for tech issues if its being used in P3D idk maybe he'll see this topic and clarify it. ATP MEL,CFI,CFII,MEI. Type Ratings B-737, ERJ-190,ERJ-170
November 23, 201312 yr It should work fine even without the migrator. It does in 1.4 anyway from what I've read.
November 23, 201312 yr Well, I guess nothing lost to give it a try... November 23, 201312 yr The Lancair Legacy doesn't work properly in P3D 1.4 so it probably won't in 2 either, most of the extra feature sounds don't work, things like the air brakes are silent, no extra wind noise and creaking airframe when flying uncoordinated or in turbulence etc. Cheers, Andy.
