I've been reading almost all topics here but oddly enough I (still) can't find any information about the new autogen 'system' which should remove the annoying popping up of autogen.

YIHAAAAAAAAA!!! Thanks for the heads up and making my day! I am at work right now (haven't done much work up to now, I have to admit LOL) so I am looking forward to your video!!! To me this new feature is worth the purchase already! Even it I can only use P3D with current FSX settings!

Man it looks great and the Smoothness blows FSX out of the water. The screens don't do the new hdr and shadows justice its stunning!!

And the best part no tweaks!!

I crearly see popups! even in the video.. but in my buyed version.. yes sure I see popups.. The same autogen popup appearing houses and trees as in FSX. Maybe I am missing something.. but do you mean the way the autogen appears? I supposed it was going to be with an smooth from transparent to solid in the distance as DCS do. Nothing of that I have seen in P3D v2 with all settings maxed out.

I didn't really notice any pop-ups per se, but I did notice some slight stuttering and micro stutters.  This, however, could be due to the Youtube feed, the software used to record the video, or the author's system.  All in all I would say it looked decent. 

 

I would like to see some more examples preferably with several different system configurations before I commit.  Currently I have FSX running very similarly.

There's a 60 day refund policy. Just try it out.

There is popup, if you have the LOD at max 6.5, its hard to notice as its a long way off on the horizon if you are flying low, but it definitely has been popping in on me, its nowhere near as noticeable as it was in FSX though.

 

Pretty much what some commercial members reported before release. 

That you can still see some popup but it's nowhere near as bad as FSX. In that video, I was looking hard and didn't notice it. 

By comparison, on a pretty good system with FSX, I'd have entire blocks of autogen popping up in nearly every situation. City areas were terrible about this.
