Good to know and MD-80 is comming :-)

Flying gliders since 1980

Flightsimming since 1992

AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

Thanks for the heads up! I wasn't aware of another high quality airliner coming to X-Plane! I am glad to see that the community and the group of developers are growing steadily! ;-)

The MD-80 is one of my favorites in FSX, especially the Leonardo SH one.  Looking forward to this rendering in X-Plane.

I never had a payware MD8 for any sim. This will be my first. Very interesting aircraft.

I like the M80.  I haven't purchased a payware plane yet either.  But looking at the Vitrual Cockpit, I'm sure this will be my first.

Thanks for the heads up!

I'll follow this thread and hope for an update when it's available for purchase.  I'll update the thread myself if I catch the purchase availability first.

I'm so going to buy this - I love the MD-80!

Hopefully Leonardo will get around to make the Maddog X, but it's now a year to date since the last forum update regarding this, so I'm not holding my breath:( The only thing the Maddog really needs, is 3D modelling and textures like the Rotate one, and it would be perfect! No small task - I know.

i know alot of people who play fsx want pmdg to do an updated version of md-80.

if this comes out and is very high quality it might bring some people over to xplane

My prayers have been answered!!!

Yeah, well not to rain on anyone's parade but some screenshots & the word "coming" don't do poop for me. Ixeg has a very nice 737 "coming", like for 4 years...

I wish these ppl would just advertise it when it is actually ready.

What they've completed so far looks fantastic!

Anxiously awaiting this little dish!

Wrong topic - sorry

I remember the Leonardo also Paul. I also remember struggling with it at the beginning but found one of the best simulations in FSX because I stuck with it and learned how to use it properly. I'm looking forward to comparisons when this is finalized.

Looks great and am looking forward to purchasing it.
