The window for release is looking like 15JUL14-18JUL14 if all goes according to plan.

Oh no!

(Now why would he say that?)

Well, while waiting for the SP and 300, I decided just a couple of days ago to download the one PMDG product I did not yet own.... The JS41!

(Yes, I know, almost 5 years late to the party, but better late than never...)

The problem? Well, I have absolutely fallen in love with the turboprop. Infatuation at first flight. One of those "where have you been all my life?" kind of things. Right now, I can't get enough of her!

And now I hear that the fancy-schmantzy, dolled-up and improved T7 is coming to town next week - and though I've been thinking about her for months, now I'm not so sure! I just can't get the Jetstream girl off of my mind. Yeah, I know, the new Boeing looks like a million bucks after her makeover, comes from the very best family, travels in a very upper-crust social group - two weeks ago, I'd have given my eyeteeth to date her - but - hearing those geared engines on the JS41.. seeing the way she responds when I raise her torque and lower her EGT - yeah, she may be plain, and a little slow, but...

But seriously - welcome back Robert, and thanks for the update! I will certainly be purchasing the 300 - but she may have to wait a bit until I get the JS41 out of my system!

Captains,

As Johnny Carson used to say, ".....aaaaaaaand we're back!"

I am officially back to work as of this past Monday- and it has taken a few days to get caught up on the administrivia of PMDG so that I could get back to all of you with some updates on the release plan for the SP1 and 300ER.

We anticipate building the RTM (Release To Market) version of the PMDG 777-200LR/F SP1 and the PMDG 777-300ER Expansion Package during the next 24-36hrs.

We will then push those to our testers- and give them a few days to make certain we haven't broken anything in our last round of fixes and tweaks- and then we will push them out to you!

The window for release is looking like 15JUL14-18JUL14 if all goes according to plan.

I will publish a master change list for you shortly- as I have to compile it from the hundreds of sub-versions that we have built during the SP1 phase.

Just a reminder:  the SP1 update is completely free for all licensed customers.

The 300ER is a for-purchase expansion (similar to how we did the 600/700 NGX) and we will set pricing shortly...

Thank you for your patience - the past couple of weeks have actually served the product well.  While I was out of circulation for the better part of 3 weeks, the rest of the team was working and they added lots of polish and cleanup to the bird.

First of All, happy to have you back again

Second, if the 77L in the current version keeps on impressing me, I wonder what the SP1 and the 300ER would do

Great job guys
