I was looking at all the fun you all are having with the latest patch, if I were to buy the academic license will i be able to also upgrade to future patches?

ok thanks for the responses ! looks like P3D is the future! hope PMDG come on board, fly their 737 exclusively and nothing else at this point in time.

I think the watermark in the upper right hand corner of the screen qualifies as an example, but that's the only difference, as far as I know.
